Sandpiper Blue is a 2,250 sq ft 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom townhome located one block from Florida's Scenic 30A and the white sand beaches. This townhome stands 3 stories tall with a 4th story rooftop patio! Inside, there is a gorgeous, fully equipped kitchen with a large island and stainless steel appliances. The first floor bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a single pullout sleeper sofa, enough to sleep 3. The second story has a guest bedroom with a king-sized bed. On the third story, there is a King Master Suite and another guest bedroom. The third story guest bedroom includes 2 queen-sized beds and a day bed with a twin trundle, enough to sleep 6. This lovely unit comfortably sleeps 12 total. The rooftop patio is furnished for you to relax, entertain, and take in the warm Gulf breeze. A back patio is located off the first story and includes a propane grill and picnic table. The townhome is located in a private, gated community of Costal Dunes Townhomes. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17 mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous, There are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.
The Gulf Place community is located along a 26-mile stretch of sugar-white sand and turquoise waters of Northwest Florida’s celebrated Emerald Coast. As one of the 16 distinct beach neighborhoods in South Walton, it has its own distinct character and charm. This colorful community on 30A is comprised of 25 acres located in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach on the corner of 30A and 393. The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Seahorse Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
