Our beach home is located in Cassine Village, a lovely community in Seagrove Beach right across from the ocean on 30-A. It’s just a short walk to the beach with easy access.

2 FREE PICKLEBALL COURTS are just across the street from the back driveway. It's the perfect distance: far enough away that you can't hear it and close enough to walk in 1-2 minutes!

The neighborhood amenities include 2 pools, 2 tennis/pickleball courts, a nature trail, a private lake with fishing and picnic areas, and a basketball goal. There’s always something to do in Cassine!

Take a very short drive into Seaside or Watercolor for a relaxing dinner. Relax in the spacious screened front or back porch with ceiling fans. It’s a perfect spot for enjoying that first cup of coffee in the morning before heading to the beach or some relaxing time in the evening watching the kids play in the cul-de-sac.

If you are feeling particularly adventurous, you can hop on the nature trail that runs right past Cassine Village and walk through beautiful Point Washington State Forest to Eastern Lake, one of 30-A’s unique coastal dune lakes or you can take the kids fishing in the Cassine Village lake.

The gourmet kitchen has granite tile countertops, stainless steel appliances, and is outfitted with everything you will need. The breakfast bar seats four (4), a small table two (2) and the dining room table comfortably seats six (6).

* All guests must be at least 25 years of age unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. All guests staying will be asked to provide us with names and ages of guests staying along with a copy of their ID. If you cannot provide verification, you will be asked to leave.

Also note that due to the Cassine Village community rules there is a seven-night minimum stay.
