DETAILS: Blissful beachside living awaits at 66 Spooky Lane, a Gulf-front paradise set in beautiful Blue Mountain Beach. Tucked within a private community, this 5-bedroom, 7-bathroom luxury property accommodates 12 guests in unmatched comfort. Indulge in days of basking in the sunshine beside the glittering private pool, taking in the shimmering Gulf view from the balconies, or strolling to the white sand beach using the dedicated walkover—directly behind the property.

Rolling sand dunes turn the sprawling first-level pool deck into a secluded oasis, sheltered from the beach. Stretch out on the cushioned loungers, cool off with a swim, or unwind in the shade of the oversized umbrella. An outdoor shower and an in-home elevator add the final touches to this floor.

On the second level, brilliant Gulf views draw guests into the elegant great room, as shades of taupe and brown, gleaming Travertine tiles, and seagrass elements set the scene for an elevated beach escape. Polished granite countertops and high-end appliances feature in the spacious kitchen, complete with an island and a breakfast bar for 6—a perfect spot for quick bites or hosting a private chef. Savor group dinners at the 10-person dining table before adjourning to the living space, where a 65” TV and soundbar provide top-of-the-line entertainment. On the north side of the home, a balcony overlooking the quiet neighborhood hosts a barbecue grill, while to the south is a furnished, covered deck made for enjoying the endless Gulf view. Family Vacation

The property was as described. Very clean and the kitchen had everything you could ask for. We ate in four nights but there are local restaurants within walking distance of the property. The ice maker and refrigerator ice maker were great! We never ran out of ice and packed a cooler for the beach every day. Washer and Dryer are huge so we did a lot of laundry during our stay. The only real negative had nothing to do with the property. The beach service we had to request them setting up our umbrella and chairs every day. They weren't automatically set up. I would recommend not reserving additional umbrellas and chairs but rather just get them each day, since you have to ask for them to set up anyway. Some weird Walton County Beach thing, I was told by the beach service guy.

Great extended weekend

Stayed for 4 days and everything was perfect. Golf nearby, shops nearby and most importantly the beautiful gulf is just steps out the back door!! Would definitely stay again.

30A just isn't my thing

Sadly, we paid a lot for a so so vacation. Gosh, 30A is so incredibly crowded. Everywhere. Not just on the beach. But at every restaurant and ice cream shop, etc. There's just too many people and not enough places to accommodate everyone in the summer I suppose. The house was nice. But it was by a public beach access so people were constantly walking by the house and the beach was super crowded right at our house. For the first several days, the Direct TV wouldn't work and all we could watch on TV was the one ROKU TV downstairs. All the other TVs were unavailable because they were only equipped with Direct TV. By Wednesday of our stay, they had it fixed thankfully. It was a very rainy week and we spent more time indoors than we would have liked. The other negative was the AC. They had it set where you couldn't turn the AC down below 70. On a hot day, you want the AC as cold as possible. And on the fourth floor it got rather hot. When we reached out to the management team, they asked the owners for the code and the owner wouldn't allow anyone to turn the AC down below 70. I'm sorry, but if I'm paying you $$,$$$+ for the week, you can afford for your guests to use the air to their liking. In the end, we ended up leaving an entire day earlier because of the horrible weather and the fact that a storm knocked the electricity out on the fourth floor. It would have been miserable to sleep up there that night. It was a rather disappointing week overall.

Very nice house

We enjoyed staying at the house on Spooky Lane. We were a family of 10 (7 adults/3 children) and had plenty of room. The location of the house was wonderful. Right on the beach and a short walk to shops and restaurants. All but the kid's bedroom was facing the beach. We cooked meals daily at the house (and grilled a few times). The kitchen is amply stocked. We used the complementary bikes a few times. The managment team was highly responsive to service requests that we had as well as general questions. A+ customer service. The air conditioning unit on the 4th floor wasnt working consistently and eventually needed a part that had to be ordered. The maintenence crew came several times for that. Again, the service was responsive and professional. We would rent this house again.

Awesome house and location!

We had a wonderful stay at 66 spooky lane with our adult kids and 2 grandkids! Plenty of room to spread out and a killer view of gulf !! The house is also extremely convenient to shops and restaurants. One night we all road bikes to dinner and for ice cream ( bikes supplied by the house). Also the rental agency was easily accessible and responsive! Will be back! Jan
