A gentle Gulf breeze was blowing and the palm trees swayed softly as Pinkie Flamingo pulled into the popular beach community of Cypress Breeze Plantation...one of the best kept secrets on the 30A scene. Nestled off Hwy 393 just a few blocks from the Gulf, this upscale gated neighborhood with its stunning,13,000 sq ft resort-style waterfall pool was the perfect set-up for the perfect vacation. Pinkie especially appreciated the sprawling groves of Florida Cypress trees that were a trademark of this vicinity of Santa Rosa Beach.

Today's destination is 38 Basswood Dr...aka...Blissful Breeze. “Sounds like a yummy tropical drink!” said Pinkie. New owners 2022 have spared no expense to create a vacation haven for discerning guests. With new décor, furniture and a style all its own bathed in a palette of earthy browns, coastal turquoise and refreshing whites, this 4 bedroom 2-story beach house stands ready to serve as your next vacation retreat.

Blissful Breeze guests will enjoy 2 beach cruiser bikes included. Covered outdoor dining for 8 and a propane gas grill held the promise of delicious cookouts while the circle of Adirondack rockers stood ready to seat 6 friends on the paved patio after a day at the beach. Everyone loves a friendly game of corn hole and the shady lawn invited a quick round.

Inside the house was cheery and light with an open concept design to encourage the relaxing vibe one wants on a beach vacation. The modern kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a memorable family feast and there was plenty of dining space between the table and the bar area with 4 stools. Washer/dryer, WIFI and Smart TV's all add to the guest experience.

The Gulf Place Beach Access beach is just an easy bike ride away and offers parking, rest rooms and lifeguards on duty in peak season. Be sure to check out the Gulf Place shops and restaurants for a slice of local beach life! Located at the intersection of 30A and 393, Gulf Place includes shopping, dining & fun! Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar pairs libations and great eats with lofty Gulf views overlooking the street scene below. Pinkie Flamingo has been known to enjoy a favorite cocktail from time to time right here. For a slice of americana, a great place for lunch, or an evening of live music, check out La Playa, situated on the corner of 30A at Gulf Place. In the Gulf Place town center, you'll also find The Perfect Pig, serving outstanding breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as craft cocktails. For the kids, you can't beat Pizza by the Sea, or cross over 393 and check out Pecan Jacks for amazing and unique ice cream choices! In the morning, wander down to Sunrise Coffee! The Gulf Place Amphitheater often offers live concerts, and a farmers market arrives for your enjoyment every week in season.
