Vacation planning is in full swing. Yahoo Travel has named Santa Rosa Beach/Blue Mountain Beach as one of the 10 best beach destinations in the world and "Taylor Made in Blue Mountain" is only footsteps away! The untainted, sugar white sands of Blue Mountain Beach are too spectacular for words, and our beach entrance is one of only eight beaches in all of Walton County with a manned lifeguard station (during season) to add to your comfort and peace of mind.

Then there is "Taylor Made in Blue Mountain" where you can relax, let your hair down and allow the cares of the world be carried off in the sea breezes. We have worked hard to make our townhome a true home away from home as for us, IT IS. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath home has comfortable furnishings, deluxe bed linens and plenty of fluffy towels for real sized people. There is wireless internet and HBO is featured on all TVs.

The master suite has a king bed, a flat screen HD TV w/DVD and blackout curtains. The second bedroom has both a full and a queen bed and its own bath with an oversized whirlpool bath with shower.

The living room has a sectional sofa to maximize space, a NEW 40" HD SmartTV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need. The large, private sunset view terrace is perfect for catching some rays or star gazing the night away. The deck is fully furnished with a propane gas grill, large dining table for 6 and warm sea breezes.

Located on Blue Mountain Rd., south of 30A, and directly across from beautiful Blue Mountain Beach, it is a perfect place for either a romantic getaway or a trip to the beach with family or friends. It is one of the rare spots that has not been overrun with commercialization located on a quiet street (with no high-rises). Taylor Made in Blue Mountain is only minutes from fine dining, shopping and renowned golf . Within easy walking distance, there are many local restaurants, shops and services who love to cater to our guests. Southwest Airlines service is available through the Panama City International Airport (ECP) and is just 30 min. away making travel to the beach even easier. But best of all, the BEACH is heaven on earth!

As a bonus, our guests enjoy exclusive membership privileges to enjoy the extra large pool and workout amenities at the nearby Villages of Blue Mountain just up the street 2 mins. Since membership to the Villages is restricted, the pool and exercise room are never crowded.

Everything is ready and waiting for you to feel like you have come home and have found your Slice of Paradise! Please feel free to inquire through this site. We like getting to know our guests. The location of this little cottage was awesome! The only reason I gave this place 4 stars is because the rooms literally have no real doors. So if you’re trying to put children to bed or have any kind of privacy you need to perhaps choose a different place.

Relaxing getaway

My mom and I enjoyed our stay and being in walking distance from the beach. Close to a bakery and bike rental shop. Recommend to anyone who is wanting to get away to peaceful and quiet relaxing vacation spot.

Great Location!

Exactly what we wanted: days on the beach and great food to eat. Short walks to the beach and the creamery. Several options for great dinners a short drive away. The townhouse was perfect for a couple wanting to get away.

Great spot!

Everything was wonderful. The only two suggestions I have are that the coffee pot may need to replaced soon and a grab bar in the downstairs bathroom would be helpful for us 70’s people.

Perfect location

It was the perfect space for us. Close to the public beach access. I must not have paid attention to the details about the pool location bc it was not walking distance close. In fact never went to it bc we never actually found it. But we didn't really miss not going to the pool. Brian was easy to communicate with and received quick responses. Teresa who cleans, we met and she was so helpful and did a fantastic job getting the place clean and ready! They have tons of stuff ready for you like small detergents for laundry, kitchen stuff to get started. It was very helpful. We will definitely keep this property in mind when we come back.

Blue Mountain beach vacation

Our vacation on Blue Mountain beach was great. The condo was clean and well kept.It was near great restaurants and only a few meters to the white sands of the beach. The kitchen was fully stock with everything you need to cook a full meal. Brian was very helpful and quick to answer me with the questions I had. We tried some of the restaurants that he suggested and we really enjoy them. Overall it was great. We will definitely stay at Taylor Made again.

Great place to stay, though the public part of the beach is a bit squished between private beaches - certainly no fault of the owner though, and the public beach is nice - but even nicer are the lovely state parks very close by as well

Amazing House, Just Steps Away From the Beach

This house is pretty much perfect!! It has everything you need and more for your stay, nothing has not been thought of. We have been vacationing in the area 15+ years and this was the cleanest rental we have ever had! The walk to the beach is literally nothing. There are places to eat/drink and shop within walking distance, Blue Mable was our favorite. Owners were super easy to work with and very responsive. We would 100% rent this property again. 10/10 recommend

Great spot and great space!

We loved being able to walk to the beach and the ice cream shop. The house felt spacious with a big second floor, and the bedrooms were not small, nor the beds. Comfortable, very well equipped kitchen, water came out hot right away and with great pressure, overall we loved it! Hope to be back.

Absolutely amazing time!

Very clean, comfortable, kitchen was perfect and stocked with everything we needed, proximity to beach was wonderful! Easy 2 minute walk, and we rented golf carts and went daily to Seaside, Santa Rosa, Grayton, etc. Pool was also very convenient with golf cart and it was very nice and clean. Loved our stay! We will be back!

Perfect location!

We had a wonderful stay. We found the condo to be absolutely spotless. The hosts have thought of it all, we appreciated the starter things like laundry/dish detergent/ toilet paper to get us going until we could get to the store. The air conditioning kept us very comfortable! We realized we had forgotten one of our beach chairs and umbrellas at home, but this rental had a few available for us to use! Beds were comfortable. We appreciated having a washer/dryer/dishwasher/large refrigerator. We loved being so close to the beach access (with a lifeguard), as well as walking distance to some great food (we loved Red Fish Taco). We enjoyed biking to beach, and found the swimming pool to be a very easy bike ride for our family as well. We will be booking a stay again here in the future!!!

Everything You Need and Perfect Location!

This home had everything our family of four needed and then some! And it is in a fantastic location! You can't get much closer to the beach access! I also appreciated the lifeguard station and "Beach Ambassador" who was at this access point. Being from Virginia and never having spent time in 30A, she was able to explain the rules of the beach and the warning flags posted each day, etc. Very helpful! We found everything we needed in the home - plenty of towels, sheets, kitchen utensils and appliances, and even a small supply of DVDs for some rainy days. And the home was very clean! I even found a small flashlight and some batteries when we thought we might lose power during a storm. One of our beach chairs broke about halfway through our stay and thankfully, there were some at the house so we grabbed one of those for the last few days. The outside hose was much appreciated and utilized too. I highly recommend bringing bikes or renting some there. You can walk to Big Daddy's bike rentals just up the road. The wide bike paths and crosswalks make this a very bike/pedestrian friendly area and our teenagers really enjoyed that! All of Brian's recommendations for restaurants in the area were spot on too! Our favorites were the Red Fish Taco (try the Tres Dippers and Stink Juice!) and the Cowgirl Kitchen (open for breakfast and lunch only). We also enjoyed the delicious BMB Creamery. We thoroughly enjoyed the home and our stay in Blue Mountain Beach!
