Golf Cart: The Golf Cart is provided to the Guest by a 3rd Party Vendor, BeachWalk Vacation Gear, LLC ("BVG, LLC"). The rental policy signed is between the Guest and BVG, LLC. Golf Cart is not owned or provided to the Guest by the Homeowner or BeachWalk Vacation Properties, LLC.

Place was great! Very clean and spacious. Not as close to the beach as we would like, but we did have the golf cart that was a 9 min drive away. Bike trail was very close to the beach as well. Publix is right around the corner. We had an issue with our bedroom down stairs and was quickly handled the same day. I would def come back and stay here

Family trip
We absolutely loved the home and the location. Our family of 11 had plenty of space for sleeping / eating / playing games! The management company was very responsive when we had issues with the AC.
Everything was a bike or golf cart ride away, including restaurants, the grocery store, the beach, etc.

Excellent family vacation!
We loved everything about this house and neighborhood! The headed pool, hot tub and community fire pit were all perfect for the cooler weather. We were so close we could walk right over to the pool! We loved the pickleball courts and the golf cart made it easy to get to the beach and park. The kids road the bikes to seaside and to Publix for snacks. Thanks for providing a clean and comfortable place for us to ring in the New Year!

Family vacation
We stayed a week to be close to seaside for our vacation. This property was beautiful. This property is managed by a company, I reached out about a few things like our garbage disposal was backed up. We ended up going to purchase the garbage disposal tool ourselves after a few days of the sink being clogged up and nobody coming to fix it. Thankfully my husband is handy and was able to

Run down. Not well maintained
The air conditioners turned off in the middle of the night because the filters were expired. The fire detector bateries died and the thing wouldn’t stop beeping. All the pots and pans were old scratched Teflon. One of the bikes had a flat tired upon arrival and the guys didn’t come to fix it till our 3rd day so we didn’t have enough bikes to bike around (one of our families favorite activities) for the first few days of vacation. And the handle bars were melting and stuck to your hands it was disgusting. There were dirty sox in my daughters closet upon arrival. The grill was crasy full of greas and caused a greas fire as soon as we lit the grill the first time so that nights dinner plans to grill were ruined. The whole house was just a lot dirtier than the place we rented from you last year which we gave a 5 Star review of and had absolutely ZERO complains about! Our two stays with Beachwalk could not have been more different. After last years wonderful experience we were profoundly disappointed this year!

Terrible. Very broken down property for such a nice area.
This was my first time to use BeachWalk Vacations and I will never use them again. We arrived to find the air conditioner wasn’t cooling properly. A portable a/c unit was provide but any time we tried to use it, the breaker would trip. The door to the refrigerator was broken and only one functioning bicycle out of four.

Excellent location
House is directly across from pools and amenities area and just behind house is the beach path. You can easily bike to beach in about 10 minutes! We also rented a golf cart and never had to move our car the entire week because everything is accessible by bike or golf cart. House is well appointed with everything you will need and the neighborhood is very quiet. We would stay here again for sure!

Naturewalk stay
We had no way to lock the doors when we left.The dryer was broken, no blanket for one of the beds and the ice maker needed repair. I called the Property Manager and got no help. Then I need a final statement proving we stayed there and the girl at VRBO didn't know how to send me one. I am not happy!

30A Family Affair
My family and I enjoyed our stay at 30A Family Affair. We had some trouble with the front and back door sticking and not wanting to lock/unlock, but other than that our stay was fairly seamless. The only amenity that would make this rental better would be a golf cart. We were able to rent a golf cart and had a great time riding around the neighborhood and to Publix, which is conveniently located right outside of the neighborhood. Again, we had a great time and would rent this home again. Thank you!

Great Spot
With two Masters this house was perfect for two families. Super clean . I loved the location of the house. Across the street from the playground and pool....and the beach trail was right by the house. It’s about a mile to the beach on the beach path -straight easy path to ride bikes on. I enjoyed morning runs on the shady paths in the neighborhood too!

Comfortable, clean great location.
We loved riding the provided bikes to and from the beach and town. We spent much of our time together at home on any of the 3 porches & porch swing. Everything in the house was clean and working well. Very comfortable and beautifully decorated with multiple bathrooms and plenty of room. I love the shower in the master bathroom!

I have stayed here two separate times and have loved each stay. The house is located right across from the pools (and hot tub!) that has an ice machine which is a major perk in my opinion. The porches ROCK! The top floor is screened in and has ring toss with a big L couch and a fan. Family room has a big wooden dining table perfect to fit everyone for each meal. We cooked every night!
Last but not least, the house is decorated so nicely and is the epitome of a beach home. Beds are comfy. The bike ride to the beach is easy and short (with bikes provided) through a trail. Will definitely be back with friends and/or family.

Beauty, comfort & relaxation!
We loved our stay in the house named “A Family Affair”. It was lovely, extremely comfortable and in a perfect location. We loved having the pool across the street and the morning arobic class.

GREAT VACA HOUSE!
This was a perfect vacation home. The location was exceptional directly across from the neighborhood pool, playground and bike path to the beach. Bike ride to Seaside activities, Whiskey Bravo and shopping. Kids loved the built in bunks and we loved the masters up and down. 3 great patios to relax on with rockers and porch swing. Home was very clean with beachy, beautiful decor. We will be staying here again next year for sure. Thank you for helping our family get away allow us to live the dream.

Perfect house in the perfect location!
This house was exactly as it was described and the location was perfect for all of the members of our family. We had two families and there was more than enough room for everyone. The pools across the street were wonderful and the shaded wading pool was perfect for the youngest one with us. The kitchen had everything we needed. The decor was beautiful and everything was in excellent condition. There was a new grill which we used a lot. It was so nice to have the bikes to ride to Seaside and the beach. There was even a shuttle to take us to the beach which was a nice perk. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend and we have plans to stay at 30A- A Family Affair again this summer.

We highly recommend this home on Sandgrass Boulevard at the nature walk .
The House and property location is excellent and provided everything that we needed and more for our vacation needs. We are familiar with the area so this location was perfect.
We will be back for more visits.
The hardest part was leaving .
