Brand new home!!! 4 Bedroom- 3 King bedrooms. Custom bunkroom with 5 twin/twin xl beds. This home is fully stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation. Close to 3 large beach access points. Throw on a backpack chair and head to the beach. 6 Seater golf cart with this home. This home boasts a large inground heated pool with an amazing lighting system. Large fenced yard for the kids to play, Back yard is fully turfed. Large outdoor porches are fully furnished with ample seating for the whole family. This house is a great property located on the west side of 30A where it is known to be tucked away from all the congestion. This home is located on 30A, just cross the street for the bike path. The home comes with 8 bikes. All beach gear is included, chairs, towels, cooler and ice.

The custom kitchen has a beverage center- no need for the refrigerator to cool your drinks, dedicated beverage refrigerator. Ice machine and all high end appliances. You will not run out of anything at this house. Plenty of dishes and cutlery. New gas grill. Multiple seating areas around the pool deck, plenty of longe chairs as well.

Cafe lighting drapes the mature pine trees in this yard, plenty of play space for the family, cornhole set up available.

This home has been professionally decorated with top of the line furniture and plenty of storage and lots of light enters the house through all the windows without losing any privacy because of the mature trees on the property.

Beautiful house !

The house was absolutely beautiful and spotless. The location was perfect and so close to the beach. The yard and the pool were large and the kids were able to run around and play. The property manager was attentive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful New Vacation Rental

This is a lovely home with high end finishes and room for my kids and grandkids. The downstairs living area is a great gathering place at mealtimes and in the evening. The bedrooms are upstairs and nicely furnished. Beds are very comfortable and baths also have high materials and finishes. Only complaint is that the mattresses in the bunk room are a bit short for 6' tall teens. The golf cart was great for getting us to the beach and for short trips into town. The kids' favorite feature was the 4' deep pool where they set up a volley ball game, when it got too hot at the beach. Highly recommended!

Great for Family Vacation

Beautiful new home minutes from the beach. We had lots of space for our immediate family to fit in this house. The kids were obsessed with the bunk beds, the golf cart was highly appreciated in getting all of our things to the beach, and the pool was clean. Eileen was very helpful - even allowing us to check in a few hours early after making the long drive from Missouri. We look forward to coming back again next year!

Beautifully secluded yet close to everything

The house itself is beautiful. The pictures do this property justice. The kitchen is well appointed and has everything you need. The beds and pillows are all very comfortable. There is plenty of space inside and out to spread out or come together for a night of games. We all loved the pool and lounge space. My kids loved the artificial turf. We played plenty of soccer. football and cod hole. The 6 seat golf cart was a really nice addition. We were able to get to the beach and restaurants with ease. Eileen is very attentive and will help with anything you need.

Beautiful, clean, new house in great location

My wife and I have stayed in many houses on the Florida and Georgia coasts and this is our favorite. Here's just a few reasons: 1. The house is brand new, clean, and built to the highest quality. The kitchen is big with great appliances and countertops. The flooring, furniture, and showers/bathrooms are top notch- the kind you'd find in luxury resorts. There is plenty of space too. 2. Awesome pool and yard. A lot of other houses have small pools to save money. This pool is big and beautifully lit at night (there are cozy lights all around so you can sit outside, play games, or go swimming after sunset). There is plenty of space around the pool. We played badminton and frisbee in the backyard. If you have kids, you'd love this. Also, the yard/pool area is well-maintained. No unseemly bushes or overgrown grass. Clean and neat. 3. Bicycles and a golf cart are provided. Need I say more? Super convenient. 4. Area is outstanding. There are 2 public beaches nearby (we went there with the bicycles some days and golf cart the other days). The water is crystal clear and the sunsets are gorgeous. The main beach (Ed Walline) has both a parking lot and street parking. The restaurants are awesome. We went to Shunk Gulley and Chef's Bistro. Shunk Gulley has live music and a great patio. Both are a 5 minute drive. 5. Hosts are great and very responsive 6. Close to Destin We are coming back to this place as soon as possible. Do yourself a favor and bring your family here.

Beautiful house..

House is beautfiul, we especially loved the ice maker machine and beverage cooler.. electric golf cart was a +! Good sized pool for family as well... The only downside is on the outskirts of 30A (the beginning actually), if you are looking to stay closer to center of where the restaurants/bars are, keep that in mind. But location was overall good for just heading out to Santa Rosa Beach down the road. You are being vigiml

Amazing NEW House

This house was in a great spot on 30A- very close to all the fun things in Baytowne Wharf and SanDestin but also close enough to all the fun activities on 30A. The house has brand new bikes as well as a great golf cart and one of the biggest backyards I have seen on 30A. The pool was very large and had an amazing lighting system. Great family house. We will be back!!!

Fantastic Home and Incredible Pool

We had everything we needed in this fantastic home! It was incredibly clean and suited our family perfectly. The kitchen was very large and stocked. The pool was gorgeous and clean. The property manager was also fantastic and answered any questions we had. We made incredible memories that will last a lifetime! I would definitely recommend staying to anyone and we will be staying here again in the future.

The Best Vacation House!!!

I’ve been coming to 30A for 5 years now with my family of 4, my parents, and my closest friends’ family of 4. We have struggled in the past to find a rental that could accommodate us perfectly and fit all of our needs until now. Doctors Orders 30A is that place! This brand new construction was immaculate, and the furnishings were the nicest we’ve ever seen. Our 4 children were instantly drawn to the bunk room and picked their beds immediately. This bunk room ( and other rooms) is very spacious with 5 beds and the design is amazing. Besides the pool and outdoor area that room was their favorite part of their vacation. We vacation every year to visit the beach, but we found ourselves not wanting to leave this house! The large pool with tanning shelf surrounded by a large turfed area was amazing for our 4 kids and ourselves. The back porch and party lighting in the evenings was a hit with my parents to take it all in. This house is close to several beach accesses and restaurants on the west side of 30A and the golf cart made it super easy to visit them all (by the way you can walk too if you’d like as it’s only 5 mins). The owners provided beach chairs, towels and some toys the kids used every day. The 8 bicycles provided to us were very nice and I wish I could continue my morning rides. Eileen, the host, was proactive and very responsive, more so than any other place we’ve stayed. Look no longer on 30A and book this house immediately if you can!

Amazing house close to the beach!

Great house in a great location on 30A with an easy walk to the beach! The pool and yard are huge. We had 2 families and everyone had enough room to spread out and also gather together. I highly recommend this brand new beach house!
