This beautiful renovated traditional Mediterranean style country house with 4 bedrooms and private pool. It is located very close to the town of San Rafael. It has a large plot (50,000 m2), with a lot of privacy, and views of the mountains that surround it. Beautiful and well-kept gardens with a large parking area. Outside, a large terrace with an 8x4 meter pool (with salt water) and a shaded area to relax during the heat of the day. The exterior at the rear of the property is very pleasant with a barbecue area, shaded area for al fresco dining and a hammock - ideal for an afternoon nap The main house is fully equipped with a separate kitchen leading to the living room with high wood-beamed ceilings, sofas and satellite TV.
There are 3 bedrooms in the main house (2 with double bed / 1 with 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms (1 with bathtub / 1 with shower). All bedrooms in the main house are air-conditioned. There is a separate guest house with spacious air-conditioned lounge, bedroom with queen-size bed and full bathroom.
We offer an extra cleaning included in the price for reservations of 7 nights or more. You will also find a welcome kit with soaps and bottled water. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, cleaning and disinfection measures will be maximum.
