"I travel on and off the island a lot and I’ve stated pretty much every hotel in Waikiki in the old adage goes you get what you pay for. I gave it a four star because of that but probably should be a three star. "Great place in Waikiki! So close to everything. Walk 5min to beach, dining, shopping. Beautiful views of the water. So easy to check in. Had everything we needed. So clean and neat with space for us and our luggage to just move in for the week. Easy parking onsite. Loved sitting on the lanai munching breakfast each morning watching the surfers. Walked to the beach for on-the-water sunsets every evening. Will stay here again."

"There was no staff. The front desk made absolutely sure that they would not give us any help as we were renting from a tenant. The glasses were filthy and the ironing board was sticky and unusable. It was in a great location for us and we only had to spend one night so ….. we wondered why they supplied us with earplugs and we soon found out the reasons. It was also extremely noisy! "
