"I think this was our fourth stay in the appointment at La Loma Avenue. It is always a pleasure to stay with Susan and Greg. Their hospitality and friendlyness really makes it a great place to stay. You can walk to the university, to great shopping and cafes (eg Cheese Board!). And the view to the Bay is amazing! I hope that we will get the opportunity to return in the future."

"The unit was quiet despite being on a busy street, very clean, had everything we needed, and was close to campus for our gathering. VERY responsive and accomodating to phone call requests. They allowed us to drop off luggage early and solved a heating problem the day we called. Plus there is a great coffee shop within walking distance"

"I had a comfortable and pleasant stay in this apartment. I was especially pleased that pets are welcomed.The kitchen is well stocked with cooking tools. The tvs are of good viewing size and quality. The bed is comfortable and having control of the apartment’s temperature was a plus. This is the second time that I stay here. I think anyone would be pleased here. "

"Very nice, centrally located condo in Oakland off 580. Easy freeway access to go anywhere. Safe, secure building and very quiet. There is a parking garage and you will be very happy to have it as street parking is limited. The garage can be a little intimidating at first to get into the parking space but follow instructions to circle through the garage and then pull into the space.
