Airco was luidruchtig. Onze kamer lag achter het gebouw. Eerder een perseelskamer dan een gastenverblijf. Restaurant Bistro was goed, ontbijt netjes en lekker. Zwembad aanwezig.

"We enjoyed our stay in this small apartment in San Gimignano. The apartment was very clean, had beautiful views, and the location was excellent for exploring the town on foot. The views were especially lovely and made the stay feel very special.A couple small things to note: the apartment was a bit dark inside, but since we spent most of our time out enjoying the area, it wasn’t a major issue for us. We also discovered after fully loading the dishwasher following a chef-prepared meal that it was...

"Nicola’s property was amazing. What a beautiful way to spend a week in Tuscany with family. The location was ideal to do day trips to Florence, San Gimignano, Siena, and more. We stayed in the 2bed/2bath unit and it was perfect for our family of 4. Charming architecture, beautiful views, and essential amenities provided. Had the opportunity to use the pool, go jogging, and visit the local town of Montespertoli. Nicola was the best- very warm welcome, very communicative, very helpful, and...

"We booked the street-front "Servi A" apartment in Florence for 3 nights for its large windows. On arrival day, management messaged claiming an "electrical issue" required moving us to a "comparable" unit. This was a blatant bait-and-switch scheme to get higher rates for the premium room. Hotels.com is asking me to review Servi A, but I was forced into Servi B. When we arrived on schedule, no one met us. Following automated entry instructions, we walked into a filthy, uncleaned unit. The bed was...

"Great host, amazing location!"
