Great location! Walking distance to everything in town. Quiet, quaint neighborhood. Had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to be back.

Place.is as described. Location on outerside of downtown pismo. Few issues were responded to promptly by management company (sand left on one of the beds)

Nice beach home with great amenities

The property was very close to the beach and other pismo attractions. We had no issue finding street parking out front. Plenty of bedding pillows heaters etc to make ourselves comfortable.

Great location

We enjoyed the great location: everything right at our foot steps. The master bedroom mattress was very comfortable and we enjoyed having a master bathroom too. The place was clean. The windows easily rolled up when the weather got hot. We would definitely come back here.

A Few blocks from the ocean and pier

The location (close to the beach) but the neighborhood was a little sketchy. Just keep the doors and windows locked. A cozy house and serves its purpose, but a little outdated. No dishwasher. Only a wall heater. Master bed frame squeaky and I’m glad it didn’t break while on our watch. Linens could be upgraded or just bring your own.

Perfect location!

We walked mostly everywhere. We spent the first day on the beach. We walked to order breakfast each morning. The house has a full kitchen, so we had the option to cook and we stored many snacks for our kiddos. We did have to park on the street but we still found parking even though it was a holiday weekend. Over all we had a wonderful experience staying at this house and will probably book it again in the future!

After finals

We came to Pismo Beach because it's a short drive from LA after my son finished finals. This unit is perfect due to its location; I took early walks in the morning, it's 1 block from the beach, we walked to all the restaurants and enjoyed hiking the beautiful preserve nearby. This home is clean and comfortable and we will come back to stay again!

Stinky sewer and pee stained toilet

First off they charged me a pet deposit and I was just considering bringing my pet I hadn't decided. When I got there I told them that I did not have a pet and they already charged me and I needed a refund and they just kind of looked at me. The people at the office were nice and friendly and the check in process was great. I get to the house which is two blocks over and walking up I smell sewage. Once inside there is this old foul odor like old paint, dust and maybe some dead rats. Old cheap bleach and foul sewage under the kitchen sink. The sink is rusted up and horrible. The main bathroom toilet seat is literally yellow from pee stains. There are pee stains all down the underside of the seat and the entire inside of the seat was streaked in pee. I ran to the store and purchased Clorox bleach spray. Lysol toilet bowel cleaner. Comet and plug in air fresheners. Block air fresheners and absorbing balls as well as liquid air freshener. I cleaned for three hours. The toilet and the sink are now white. There was cobwebs and dust as well. The air fresheners barely masked the stink the entire time. I want my full deposit, pet deposit and cleaning fees refunded. I really don't even want to pay to stay there. So gross. Wifi was good and location was superb. Staff was helpful. I would fire the maids.

The house was great. Lived up to our expectations for the weekend. The long term renter in the back house was not very pleasant. Will not stay again because of him.

Excellent location

We really lucked out with the location of this property. It was just close enough to easily walk with our little kids to-and-from the beach, pier and restaurants but not feel right in the middle of a crowd (and it was CROWDED that weekend). The amenities and condition of the home fit our needs. The one thing we wish we'd brought or that was included was a good nonstick pan for pancackes, eggs. But that is far from a big deal. We would definitely recommend this little place for a small family or couple of friends.

Nice little place in a great spot

This is a great little house walking distance to just about everything in Pismo including the beach, the only drawback is that there is only street parking. Would probably be a bit tough during high season, but during the week for us, was no problem.

Perfect Pismo location!!

We had an amazing few days in this darling house for spring break! Short, easy walk to the beach with a stairs to the sand. Close to so many great places to eat! Would definitely stay here again.

Weekend in Pismo

I met my son at this cute little house in the perfect location for a couple days to catch up on all our family news! It was wonderful! He is a chef so cooked us a fabulous dinner in the well equipped kitchen. We will be back for another visit in the future!

Great Beach House in Pismo

The booking, check-in and check-out process was flawless. The management company did a great job with that. The house allows dogs, and two of us are very allergic, but we had no issues at all with our allergies. The place was cleaned well. The house is well-situated in town, so it's a 3 minute walk to town and the beaches - so convenient. It does say this in the listing, but having street-parking only can be difficult on weekends when people are coming to the beach. We did miss not having any outdoor space - a porch/deck to have coffee, but easy to grab lunch/coffee and enjoy it on the beach. The overhead light in the master bedroom wasn't working. The management company had someone out that day to fix it, so resolved the issue quickly. It's a simple house, nothing fancy - we'd stay here again.

Wonderful experience!!!

The house has a perfect location, only 3 blocks from the beach. It was clean and had all the accommodations that we needed. The check in and out process was efficient. Communication with the rental company was excellent!

Perfect house near the action

The house is just as presented in the listing. It is small, but everything fits it doesn't feel small inside. Comfortable furniture and everything else we needed. Great location, easy to walk to the restaurants and beach of Pismo or hop on the nearest onramp to drive to nearby sights.
