"The building is a classic, older one that looks great. The location is close to Oceano, Grover Beach, and Pismo Beach. Nice overall environment. Friendly, positive, owner always ready to help out with anything we needed. We didn't need anything, but definitely felt at home.We'll return if we get a chance!"

"It is a beach house! It is perfect for what it is. It is not fancy. But it was comfortable for our family of 6! Kitchen worked well for us. It was hotter than usual for the Grover Beach area. Thankful for screened windows, fans and a fair air conditioner! A short walk to the beach. Were able to see a launch from Vandenberg! Great parks for our 3 yr old grandchild, were nearby! Host, Jon were quick to reply when we reached out. Couldn't have been better! Also had left us an unexpected...

"Hosts were incredibly responsive and quick to respond. Kitchen is fully stocked for whatever you would need or want. Clearly they put a lot of thought into what you might need or have forgotten. Love that they provide lots of beach equipment so you don't have to bring your own. The game room is a fun addition to your hang time at the house. Be mindful of steep stairs if you have little ones or older family members."

"The house was very clean and comfortable. It had a well stocked kitchen and everything was in working order. The number of steps into the house was never mentioned and it could be difficult for older visitors. We had a good time with numerous places to hang out both inside and outside."

"My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Luxury Village Home in Arroyo Grande. The house was spacious and the accommodations were luxurious. It is located a short drive from the beach and within walking distance of excellent restaurants. The beds were very comfortable and the wifi connection worked well. The communication with the host was proactive and she responded quickly. Highly recommended!"

"The place was great & location. I do recommend to family & friends. The only thing I wish is that there was an iron & iron board and that there was a 800 number to speak to somebody."

"The location to Grover Beach/Pismo Beach was very good. Also it is close proximity to picking up groceries or having Instacart deliver. The only down side was not having extra bedding in the rooms in case it is needed during a more than two night stay. Other than that it was great. Also a word of advice if you want to drive on Grover beach to hang out they have a 1000 car maximum so you need to go early pick up yourv $5 pass with In and Out access and you will be set."
