"It was a a great stay for us for two days. The area around was okay and safe, and the walk to town and the town itself were fantastic. The property itself was also great. We loved the little touches, such as all the extra towels and blankets, and the whole drawer full of coffee accompaniments. I would suggest a full shower in both bathrooms, instead of only a bathtub in one. Also, there were a couple of short instances of loud noise from upstairs, but not enough to forgo renting again. "The hosts were very responsive to us and appreciated their warm welcome. The home was so close to Grover's beach, local restaurants and coffee shops. From the beach we were able to walk to Pismo where we hung out for the day. They have a nice patio area but unfortunately we weren't able to use the amenities during our short stay. "

"Grover beach is a lot less crowded than Pismo beach - not just the beach, but also the town. Beach access at Grover Beach, Monarch butterfly Grove, Vons (safeway), big chevron gas station are all with 5mins of driving and even walkable. Pismo beach is 10mins away. Sunset views are spectacular from the windows of the great room facing west and the small balcony. Parking is in a designated open spot, but behind a gate, so feels more secure than street parking. "Jon & Melany were great hosts! Location was superb and the classic beach bungalow feel of the rental was on point. The minor items that came up were addressed swiftly and the working with us on a later departure couldn’t have gone smoother or been more accommodated. Overall the location has been saved for future family get togethers for years to come! "
