★ We truly value our community, so please keep noise to a minimum. Music systems or external speakers are not allowed, but you can enjoy music through the Smart TV.
★ For any service requests, contact the host directly — we’ll gladly assist to make your stay unique. Outside or unauthorized services are not permitted.
★ A $900 daily fine applies for any rule violations. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited.

★ Parking: No private parking. Limited street parking (first-come, first-served). Spaces can be crowded due to nearby hotels (Marriott, Vanderbilt & Caribe Hilton).
★ Extra towels & linens: Available upon request for a cash fee at the front desk. Guests must swap the original set. Items used outside or returned stained incur a $80 replacement fee per item (includes overhead, shipping & delivery).
★ Water pressure: Normal (not high pressure).
★ Travel protection: Optional “Cancel for Any Reason” coverage (11%) of the reservation total — the best way to stay protected if plans change.
★ Local stay experience: Boutique guesthouse offering a personal, authentic Puerto Rican stay — not a traditional hotel.
★ ID required: Government ID or passport must be provided before check-in.
★ Generator: Not included — we recommend travel insurance to cover unexpected power or water outages.
★ Noise & quiet hours: No parties, events, or smoking. Quiet hours are 10 p.m.–8 a.m.. Noise Aware monitors for sound levels only (no audio recorded).
