Beach Front Condominium conveniently located in the heart of Isla Verde Beach and the center of the City.

The apartment is located on a 16th floor of the West tower offering a spectacular unobstructed view of the Atlantic Ocean. Privileged location, unlike the East Tower, we have zero noise from parties at The Water Club Rooftop right across the East Tower.

Ocean View bedroom with Queen bed, towels, linens, drawers, beach towels, beach chairs, ice cooler, ironing board/iron, large closet w/ lots of hangers, and more...

Modern bathroom with great shower pressure, hair dryer, toiletries, cleaning and laundry supplies

Living Room: Comfortable futon that turns in double bed, TV, Radio/DVD, WIFI , an incredible Ocean breeze and Ocean View!

Central AC- Replaced July 2019, in addition to ceiling fans in living room and bedroom - fantastic natural ocean breeze and sound of waves.

Kitchen and Dining Room: Fully equipped kitchen and dining room seats for 4 guests.

Balcony: The best place in the house! Just as you see in the main picture. Romantic and magic where you will spend most of your time relaxing & people watching down at the beach.

The Building has direct access to the beach, pool, BBQ area, playground, basketball court, tennis court, laundry room, and a garden.

Questions and concerns leading up to your trip will be addressed by us, the owners. For your convenience, you will be provided with self check-in with combination lock box prior to your arrival, as well as a "Welcome Guide" with full instructions and more to ensure you have a stress-free enjoyable stay. Feel free to contact any of us 24/7 if you need anything. In addition, we will provide you with our local contact in PR for any immediate needs best addressed locally.

The Neighborhood:

Location, Location, Location! Everything you need is at walking distance. Close to casinos, restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores, car rentals, water sports and a vibrant nightlife for all ages. Isla Verde is a well-known tourist spot in Puerto Rico with plenty of opportunities to explore and experience Puerto Rico’s uniqueness.

The airport is a 5-10 minute drive. The upscale Condado district is a 7-10 minute drive. Old San Juan is 10-15 minutes away depending on traffic.

Public transportation from/to Isla Verde and Old San Juan is also available across the street. Taxi cabs as well as Uber are readily available.

Everything was exactly as pictured, and the easy access to the beach was wonderful. Some of the best panaderías are within walking distance, along with great restaurants and nearby pharmacies, which made the location incredibly convenient.Due to the Caribbean airspace being temporarily shut down, we needed to extend our stay, and Millie made the process seamless and stress-free. I also accidentally took the spare key, and the host Sonia was very understanding of the simple mistake—I mailed it back immediately.Overall, a great stay with excellent communication. We would absolutely stay here again. Book ASAP!

We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful VRBO rental. The condo was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. We loved waking up to the breathtaking views of the beach. It was super convenient to walk out of the building and enjoy the beach at your footsteps. We took advantage of using the beach chairs, cooler, and beach towels provided by the condo. We also appreciated the building had a pool. We always felt safe in the neighborhood. We rented a car for the week, and the parking in the building was very convenient. We also appreciated that we were a quick drive or Lyft ride to Old San Juan, Piñones, Rio Piedras, etc. Sonia is great at checking in and communicating before your arrival and during your stay. Highly recommend booking this condo.

The condo was excellent, it was clean and comfortable. All the basics (paper towels, toilet paper, soap) were provided so we didn’t have to run out immediately. The view is amazing. We rented a car so having an available spot to park was incredible. Everything you need is within walking distance but we ventured out to a couple beaches and San Juan a few times. The more “high end” restaurants are more towards the hotels. The pool was clean, the property well maintained.

I absolutely adore this vrbo! I stayed here twice already and never disappoints. The host is amazing with communication and any help you may need. Beautiful view and so many things to do in the area. It’s close to old San Juan so an uber there is so cheap! Just perfect!!

This was an amazing vacation. Sonia and Felix provided great information on the area and the surrounding towns. The view was stunning. We enjoyed going to the beach every morning and sipping a cup of coffee in the balcony with the majestic view of the ocean. Beautiful apartment with every amenity you need. Checking in was very easy the instruction help out alot , the condo was just so cute , very clean, hubby and i are coffee lovers so having a wrkng kitchen in general help alot.Beach chairs and cooler were so helpful since beach was right out the backyard..Location of condo was perfect love the view to the ocean... and everythin was just a 10/15mnts lyft drive away..just love our stayed,. I would definitely recommend this to family and friends..when back to PR we will definitely book again..we stayed 8nights .. Thanks sonia snd Felix for being great accessible hosts..

5 Stars – A Perfect Stay!I absolutely loved my stay at this VRBO rental! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. Everything I needed was provided, from a well-stocked kitchen to cozy bedding. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to everything I wanted to explore. The host was responsive and helpful, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Unit has been updated and was clean and pleasant for our stay. Photos were accurate to the unit in my opinion. Great view from the ocean facing balcony. Building has a lot of STRs but everyone seemed pretty respectful and quiet hours were observed. Located in a great area central to the tourist district. Felt safe even walking the beach very late at night. Lots of local restaurants and bars to try. The pizza place across the street is open 24 hours but the noise does not make it to this unit. We really enjoyed the condo and will book again the next time we visit Puerto Rico.

Exactly As Advertised

The place was great and exactly as seen in posted pictures. All windows, great view, lots of sunlight. Small kitchen, but gets the job done and has everything you need. Hosts supplied starters of everything from dish soap/sponge, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soaps etc...which is very helpful as some places I've stayed supply absolutely nothing at all, and who wants to go shopping for that stuff while on vacation?! Beach was nice and well maintained, though can get a bit crowded, and the pool is nice as it is on the larger size and really never seemed to be too crowded actually. The hosts were great, supplied a welcome package with helpful information on restaurants, activities and the like. They were also very easy to get in touch with and responsive to ant questions I had. overall, a great stay and would come to this unit again

Communication with the owners was great; they were very responsive. The condo was neat and cozy with an excellent view and just steps from the beach. it is located near Walgreens, shops, restaurants, and a quick Uber ride to anywhere else.

Amazing place!

Hosts were always quick to answer any questions and the place was well stocked. Even with a 36 hr power outage there was everything we needed to continue our vacation! Felt very safe with all the extra security. I would highly recommend! We had a great vacation! Would definitely stay here again!

Great location with a beautiful beach

Great communication with the owners. Right on a beautiful beach. There was some traffic/airplane noise occasionally. The home was clean and the view from the balcony was amazing.
