Great stay at Santana Row
We really enjoyed our stay at Johnny's Santana Row condo. Check in was very easy and the unit was well-appointed. The bed and sofa were very comfortable. So many terrific restaurants located just downstairs at Santana Row and the mall was such a short walk away. Thank you Johnny for a great stay!

Great location
This condo was so fun to stay in. It has everything you need right outside the building. So many stores for shopping, eating , and having a large mall also right across the street provided us with a variety of entertainment. Would highly recommend for anyone staying in this area.

Great location!
This was a great place to stay for myself and my teen. So close to the restaurants, shops and mall. We found that the condo was comfortable and spacious for two people. Johnny was a pleasure to do business with. Would stay again!

Impressive property and host
The location of this unit is really great and it is perfect for a single traveler for business or couple traveling for fun. The couch does not fold out so if it is two people they do need to share the bed. Johnny was a fantastic host who stayed in communication with us about our checkin and departure. I felt comfortable knowing he was available to answer any questions I had. Thanks!

Hidden Gem
Johnny has provided a great condo in an amazing location. We visited family in San Jose and Palo Alto. Easy to use Lyft to get around and walking distance to mall, restaurants, shopping. Loved it! Will be back.

Beautiful apartment-great location
This apartment is beautifully decorated, very clean and well maintained. The building has parking which is very convenient. The kitchen is well stocked with coffee pods and about 10 variety of teas. You can tell that the host cares about the guest experience. The location is great and very close to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Concert weekend
Great spot. Ez access. Only issue I could say is could be a lot cleaner inside. Kitchen and floors could use a bit more TLC. Bed feels worn down. Too much going on in the closet. Couldn’t really hang much inside. Filled with cleaning supplies and vacuums. Over all solid spot to rent. Highly recommend. Thanks again Johnny!

Modern and fun
I am so glad i chose this property. It takes a minute to adjust to the garage and entrance, but it is worth it. The space is beautifully decorated with perfect amenities. The ability to open the windows up to see Santana Row and enjoy the fresh air was wonderful. The owner was responsive and friendly via text. Comfy bed and fabulous setting. Great restaurants and fun brunch.

Great Stay On Santana Row
Excellent experience at this rental. Every moment from the time we booked to the time we checked out was great. You cannot ask for a better location, it's perfect. Johnny, accommodated a minor request we had and we're thankful for his prompt response. If we decide to visit San Jose again, we wouldn't hesitate to book with him again.

Location can’t be beat
The apartment is situated perfectly for east access to Santana Row and Westfield and is also convenient to Safeway and CVS. The building is very safe with lots of cameras so it’s the perfect place to stay for a woman traveling alone. Johnny is also very attentive and quick to respond.

Amazing weekend
Johnny is an awesome host. He is very nice/friendly and makes your stay seamless. He replies to messages quickly and checks in to see how its going. The condo is really a unicorn; its clean, stylish, and the bed and pillows are sooo comfy! Being from SJ I know how great the location is. With all the activity outside, I couldn't believe how quiet the condo was with the doors closed. I can't wait to come back :)

Had an awesome time staying in Johnny’s Santana row loft. Johnny was super flexible and easy to talk to throughout the trip if I needed anything. The loft is nothing short of amazing. The view is epic, the kitchen is stocked up with coffee and the bed is super comfy! Also a sweet vibe with the wallpaper and furniture. Would book again in a heartbeat!

Awesome place to stay
This is by far the Perfect Stay. When I first stumbled upon this condo, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Johnny is the most thoughtful, gracious host. He provided us with all the information we needed and communicated from the beginning of booking until check out. (he even checked on us to see if everything was going ok) The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home. The parking garage is by far the best we had a rental and was in and out with no problems. The bed is comfortable, bathroom and terrace are excellent. Location is incredible. The balcony view looking onto Santana Row is AMAZING. No need to worry about the party noise outside, once you close the screen than the balcony door it's QUIET. I can go on and on about how GREAT our stay was but i promise its nothing i can say to describe how much i loved this place. If you are reading the reviews i can say "look no more" this is the place to stay. It's in the heart of a great stay .. Would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing and Convenient
First, the host of the property was great! Very good communication, timely information, and attention to details. There is a bit of walking involved from garage to unit but the entire Santana Row experience is pretty much a walking experience. The unit was clean and spacious for 2 people. We enjoyed that there were ample dishes and silverware, lots of towels, bowls, etc to use. The doors to the balcony overlooking the street below was super cool and let in a lot of cool breeze air. The ambiance from the commotion downstairs felt nice, but the coolest thing was, once we closed the double doors the sound from outside completely vanished allowing us to get some unbothered sleep! The bed was a little on the “flimsy” side. There are plenty of light switches and dimmer controls which is really nice. Overall my wife and I enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back in the future.

Thank you for the great review as the condo is in an excellent location as well as well maintained. Based on feedback I've now replaced the queen mattress with a new one and have a new bed frame on order. We strive to have the best experience for every stay

Beautiful and Convenient
We enjoyed our stay at The Villas immensely. Perfectly located and made coffee runs in the morning nice and easy since we could run downstairs. There is coffee provided in the apartment with a Keurig but we enjoy going out for a walk in the morning. The apartment was spotless upon arrival and check in was a breeze. Santana Row is always one of my favorite spots to visit when going back to San Jose and I wish I could’ve stayed longer. So many food options downstairs and across the street at Valley Fair which has changed a lot since I moved away. Communication with Johnny was easy and always quick. I will definitely be looking to stay here again in the future.

Don't Hesitate To Stay Here!
This is a great property centrally located on Santana Row providing easy access to great shopping and dining options in a beautiful scenery. The condo provides all the essential amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The sliding glass doors provide great views of all the Santana Row activity. Secure gated assigned parking was a nice added bonus and so convenient. Lastly, Johnny Lau has an extremely organized and user friendly check in and check out process and responds immediately if you need anything. Thanks Johnny!
