"We are repeat visitors. Nick, the owner is so helpful and attentive. The rooms are very clean and seem recently renovated. Rooms are spacious. Lots of counter space in bathroom which we really appreciate. Good water pressure, A.C. and heat. The free parking on premises is very helpful. This is the best of the motor inn type of lodging. Great coffee 2 doors away (none in room). Easy to walk to restaurants and Convention Center. Excellent value."

Asked to secure my reservation. When arrived, my room was located far away from elevator even showing up using crutches "
