So I Ordered a Deluxe room with a king sized bed and balcony for me and my boyfriend for 2 nights. I also had a service dog. That they asked me to show proof that my dog was a service pet. In the state of California they don’t have a right to ask for “credentials” for a service pet! Now back to the room when I get there the front desk assumed that I didn’t have a reservation I had to tell him. Which was weird. 2nd they put me in a dirty room with no balcony and 2 queen beds. When that is not what I paid for so I go tell them I was placed in the wrong room. The front desk is going to tell me they gave me whatever room because they thought it didn’t matter because they were out of room that I was paid for. Which is a lie because they ended putting me in a king deluxe room. With the smallest crapiest balcony! The balcony and both ends had water leaking out of these pipes. So I had to stand in one place so I didn’t get wet. Awful experience here! I will not be coming back ever again
