"This cottage was super cute! Everything was as described and very clean and well stocked. Super close to APU and downtown Azusa. I would definitely stay here again! We were delayed arriving and I messaged the host to advise her of our middle of the night arrival and she went and turned on the lights for us so it would be easier when we arrived! Super accommodating!"

"Our stay at this property was lovely. It was spacious and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for us and was near our family in La Canada. The neighborhood had some good restaurants and coffee shops. The area was also good for walking and hiking."

"This home in Pasadena was a great location to explore everything that LA has to offer. Nestled on a quiet street it was accessible to all the tourist hot spots, also close to the grocery store and gas stations. We enjoyed a perfect day at the homes pool which provided much relief from the California sun! Gina was an amazing host, super responsive and available! Would highly recommend this home"

"When we arrived, everything was nice and clean and tidy directions to get to the place. Location was absolutely wonderful. We were 1015 minutes away from all the places we needed to be had everything we needed. Would highly recommend this place to stay in the owner was so easy to work with."

"Great stay we really enjoyed the pool and the outdoor patio space! I texted the host that we needed an ironing board and iron. They were quick to respond and had it delivered very promptly! "

"The house was quirky and had some rustic charm, but the property is not well maintained. There were spiderwebs and dust everywhere. The dishwasher and garbage disposal were broken. The cues for the pool table had the tips broken off. The air conditioning units worked well in most of the bedrooms, but were loud and did not sufficiently cool the entire house. The three bullet or BB holes that we found in the windows speak toward the safety of the neighborhood, but the neighbors were nice and we...

"Unit did not feel like it was in great condition overall and rather disappointing, but it had everything we needed and was genuinely quite functional. Beds were just mattresses on the floor and blinds were broken in some spots with no curtains to block the blinding morning sun. While it was clean and had been remodeled, a lot of things were scuffed or marked up with plaster flaking on the walls/ceilings and gouges/marks everywhere on the laminate floors. "With 4 bedrooms that have their own bathrooms, and a spare, this house worked beautifully for 4 over 40 friends in town for an event! Tim is communicative, and was so very accommodating to us. The house is tucked in a cute neighborhood, and is really quiet (if you're like me, and are sensitive to street sounds). It has 2 rooms downstairs, which was great for one of our members who had torn her meniscus 2 days before we came to town. Hopefully we can come back for next year!"
