OCEAN VIEWS:
Enjoy breathtaking ocean and bay views and stunning sunsets right from your private rooftop deck which includes a hard wired gas BBQ.

STEPS TO SAND & WAVES:
60 steps (2 houses) away from the surf & sandy shores of Mission Beach; just a short walk across the street to Mission Bay. Ocean Oasis is a true gem, located in the most central location, just a short walk to coffee shops, Belmont Park, cafes, restaurants, and a variety of exciting activities.

BEDROOMS:
Each of the three spacious bedrooms boasts its own ensuite bathroom for maximum privacy and convenience and comes with built in armoire and dresser drawers. Individual room A/C and heater in each room to control the temperature that's just right for you.

First floor -(1) Queen with attached bathroom

2nd floor - (1) King with attached bathroom

2nd floor - (2) Twin bunk beds, with attached bathroom

3rd floor living room - Murphy bed (full sized mattress)
*Limited to a total of 10 guests.

ADDITIONAL BATHROOM:
A fourth full bathroom is conveniently located off the kitchen and living room area, ensuring everyone has ample space.

OUTDOOR GAS FIRE PIT:
Gather around the cozy gas fire pit in the evenings, perfect for roasting marshmallows or simply enjoying the sea breeze.

PRIVATE ROOF TOP DECK:
Sip your morning coffee or relax with a glass of wine on your private rooftop deck, taking in the views from beach to bay. Hard wired gas BBQ grill (no need to worry about propane tanks)

Belmont Park: Just a short stroll away, offering amusement rides, a historic roller coaster, and a variety of shops and eateries. Sea World is a short drive from the property.

WATER ACTIVITIES:
Try your hand at water sports like paddleboarding, kayaking, and jet skiing in beautiful Mission Bay (located across the street)

SUNSET BEACH WALKS: Take evening strolls along the beach or boardwalk or walk down Crystal Pier, soaking in the picturesque sunsets, some of the best in San Diego.

NEED MORE ROOM? We also own the beautiful property right next door. 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom, sleeps 10. The house is almost identical aside from a few finishes. This is great for families who want to vacation together and need more room or for small family reunions, weddings/vow renewals or company retreats. Please reach out to us for availability.

You will have access to all areas of the house including private roof top deck, balcony, fire pit and garage.

Ocean Oasis Two is located 60 steps (2 houses) to Mission Beach (one of the most desirable beaches in San Diego). Across the street is Mission Bay. It's in a centrally located area steps away from restaurants, bars, and coffee shops.

What is the difference between Mission Beach and Mission Bay?

Mission Beach proper is a peninsula that is about a mile and half long by a quarter mile wide at its widest point and boasts a 2-mile-long boardwalk.

The beach side is knows as Mission Beach.

The bay side is known as Mission Bay.

Mission Bay Park is the largest aquatic park of its kind in the country. It consists of over 4,235 acres in roughly equal parts land and water. Mission Bay boasts 27 miles of shoreline, 19 of which are sandy beaches.

Ocean Oasis Two is conveniently located within walking distance of a plethora of shops, restaurants, coffee shops, nightlife, and an amusement park, as well as a convenient Uber/Lyft rides to anyplace in San Diego. You can enjoy the full Mission Beach experience without ever having to get in a car.

Beach cruisers are a great way around the area. Several places rent by the hour, day, or week.

Electric bikes, and scooters are available in the neighborhood too.

Additionally, the city bus conveniently runs right through Mission Beach.

THINGS TO NOTE:

1. Non-Smoking Property, including exteriors areas.
2. Pets are Not Allowed.
3. Ten (10) person maximum occupancy.

5. Quiet hours: 10pm and 8am

Please keep in mind that you will be staying in a private residence area. Before booking, please review the House Rules below and treat our vacation home with the utmost respect. We are available 24/7 to address any issues that may arise during your stay and resolve them as quickly as possible.

GUEST ACCESS
You will have all access to the entire beach home. It will be fully accessible with keyless entry. Detailed instructions for accessing the property will be provided to each guest prior to their arrival.

ATTENTION
Please do not disturb the surrounding community with a disruptive level of noise (loud music, shouting, slamming doors, etc.). There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes . Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please ensure you are comfortable with these terms before booking.

RENTAL AGE: Guests must be at least 18 years old to book a stay.

Please keep in mind that you will be staying in a private residence. Before booking, please review the House Rules below and treat our Ocean Oasis vacation home with the utmost respect.

Great location Great rooftop patio

We took 7 teenage boys for a summer beach trip. The place could not have been better. Steps to both the beach and the bay. You will get your steps in :) but you won't be disappointed.

Amazing weekend in Mission Beach

The home is beautiful and located in the heart of Mission Beach. Very spacious living quarters. Walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants and Better Buzz coffee. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to spend a memorable weekend in San Diego!

Great Location!

You are right around the corner from Mollys coffee shop(amazing) and Moes Steakhouse (also amazing)! The beach is a short walk and tons of options for food, etc. Victoria was great to work with. Property was perfect for our group of 4. We each had a bathroom!

Property was great for our family which includes a 7 mo old and 3 year old. Beds were comfortable with plenty of storage. Plent of amenities for the beach which is just a short walk away. Great food and drink options within a short walk. Neighborhood was quite and limited traffic. Having the car port and garage was awesome, especially since we rent a Chevy Tahoe which perfectly fit in the car port. The host was quick to respond and did their best to accomadate our needs. Highly reccomend staying here.

Tight space but pretty house

The parking was a bit of an issue and the grandparents had trouble with all the stairs. Some stains on sheets and towels but overall a good experience. The beach was lovely and the house was really nice. Would probably consider this place again.

Bachelorette Weekend

We had the best time at Victoria’s property, it was perfect for my 11 person bachelorette party. This house had everything from the best information book I’ve ever seen to allll the beach toys (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, volleyballs, and more). Victoria was so helpful with planning our stay and so accommodating during our stay. The house is also so close to the beach which made for the easiest beach days. Highly recommend this stay to anyone!

We had a great stay!

Property was super close to the beach and the bay, both within short walking distances. Lots of restaurants close by, neighborhood felt very safe. Plenty of room for our family of 6. Parking was a bit difficult for our minivan, there are two spaces available, but are more suited for smaller cars. We enjoyed the use of the beach chairs, boogie boards and wagon for our trip to the beach, it was nice having extras we didn’t have to pack with us. Overall it was a great experience, we would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful property

This is the nicest beach house we have stayed at. Everything you might need is provided from kitchen and cooking utensils to beach toys. The bed was very comfortable, and it was nice to have a king size. All of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms which was priceless. Plus there is another full bath on the level with the kitchen and living room. We were able to see the Sea World fireworks each night from the roof, and my husband used to the grill up there several times. My boys made use of the tv in their room for video games, so they weren't monopolizing the family room tv. The property allowed us room to spread out a bit with privacy. I will say that parking was a little tricky with a mini van. It was a few inches too long to fit in the garage, so we had to use the car port. It was a very tight squeeze, but my husband got pretty darn good at it. Since there was an SUV parked at the unit next door, there was no way either side front doors were going to open. My husband crawled in the back of the van and got out through the sliding door. The beach was great and not too crowded. My husband and boys made good use of the boogie boards provided. There are plenty of coffee shops, breakfast places, and bars within walking distance if that is your thing. We never needed to contact the host, but she was available if we needed her. Overall it was a great experience! Thank you for some wonderful memories!

Great for my bach party!

We rented this house for my bachelorette party and it was great! There are lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance and we loved how close it was to the beach. The house was clean, beds were comfy and the colorful cups stocked in the kitchen were a big hit :)

Great Stay for Family Vacation

This property was perfect for our family. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces were clean and nicely decorated. The house is located very close to restaurants, a grocery store, and the beach. Victoria was very easy to communicate with and quick to answer any questions. We would definitely stay here again.
