* KITCHEN * Updated kitchen complemented by sleek white quartz counters, full-size oven, microwave, dishwasher w/pods, garbage disposal, refrigerator with ice maker, and counter seating for casual meals.
* BEDROOMS * Primary king bedroom and queen bedroom. Both bedrooms have TVs.
* BATHROOMS * Two spacious spa-inspired baths with light pouring in are where you can wash away the day’s adventures. Primary ensuite bath has a tub/shower and 2nd bath has a full-sized shower.
* LIVING AREAS * Enjoy watching the waves crash and savor the calming ocean breezes with lots of windows and natural light. Spacious dining room. The cozy living room features a stone gas fireplace. This cottage also has a washer/dryer - less clothes to pack!
* OUTDOOR AREA * Grassy front yard with a BBQ. Whether you start your day with a hot cup of coffee or end it with a glass of wine, the yard is a relaxing spot to unwind.
* BEACH * A lifeguard-protected white sandy beach is steps away. Perfect location for sunbathing, swimming, boogie boards, and surfing. In the evening enjoy a sunset wine and cheese Happy Hour or bonfire with s’mores at the public fire pits. Easy access to the tidepools beneath the pier with a variety of sea life including starfish, crabs, urchins, and fish.

The Neighborhood: Ocean Beach is a great neighborhood. It close to all in San Diego yet if you want to just hang out at the beach it's a great beach for all. Swimming, boogie boarding, surfing, beach volleyball, tidepool exploring, evening bonfires, walks on the pier, sandcastle building and more. Our building is walking distance to great restaurants (2 blocks) and shopping. there is evening nightlife and live music nearby as well.
Getting Around: Ocean Beach is one of San Diego’s most vibrant and walkable neighborhoods - perfect for both relaxation and adventure. Whether you're walking, biking, or driving, getting around is easy and convenient. OB is close to everything San Diego has to offer, yet it feels like its own coastal haven. Spend your days soaking up the sun on the beach just minutes away, where you can enjoy swimming, surfing, boogie boarding, beach volleyball, tidepool exploring, evening bonfires, sandcastle building, and peaceful walks on the pier. When the sun sets, the neighborhood comes alive with a laid-back nightlife scene and live music just blocks away.
Other Things to Note: • No Smoking • Guests ages 25+ unless family groups • Parking: garage access and street parking available for guests • Pets may be permitted with prior approval and a fee of $150 • Events/parties are not permitted and strictly enforced • Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax • As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us. • Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.

They will provide a walk-through tour, ensuring you are familiar with the home's amenities so you can settle in effortlessly and start enjoying your vacation.
