    Property located on Bayside Drive within a few steps from the bay and a short walk to the ocean. Property offers views of the bay just outside your front door. Within walking distance of most of the popular restaurants, coffee shops, and bars that mission beach offers.

    Home is a small detached cottage that offers everything that you can possibly need for a small family or couple. It is equipped with a full bedroom and bathroom as well as a small kitchen, bistro sitting area and family room. Outside arrangements include a small private court yard to grill or just hang out and enjoy the nice weather that the San Diego coast offers.

    Parking - 1 compact car in the garage.
    Beach Accessories: 2 beach cruisers (Bikes), 2 beach chairs, beach towels, and beach umbrella
    Grill, Outside sitting area,
    Flat screen / Led TV with internet
    Outdoor fire pit - propane (available in fall/winter/spring), Air conditioning

Loved everything about this little cottage. It's in the best location, and has all the conveniences needed for a smaller traveling party. Some of the homes best features are #1 PARKING, it's a compact parking shed that is insanely helpful because mission beach parking is never easy. #2 LOCATION walkable to bay, beach, Laundromat if you need to wash clothes, grocery store if you forgot to buy things for the house. Restaurants (The Mission is the best breakfast spot just steps from this place) #3 KITCHEN gas stove and oven, super convenient for making meals there and a nice sized fridge to store everything. We loved everything about it and would love to stay here again in the future!

This cottage is in a great location between the Bay and the beach. I only needed to contact the owner twice. He was responsive. I hope to stay here again the next time I’m in San Diego.

Adorable Cottage

A few of my family members stayed in this adorable cottage! It slept 4 adults and was within close proximity to the beach, bay, and shops on the boulevard. The back patio area was a great space to hangout at night under the lights. Overall, they really enjoyed their stay!

Perfect little spot

Everything about this stay was perfect. The location was perfect. They have bikes available in the garage so you don’t have to worry about renting any which was a huge plus since that was our form of transportation. The communication with the property owner was excellent.Highly recommend and would stay again!

A Perfect Place to Stay!

This property was located at a perfect location between the bay and the beach. The walking distance to the shops and restaurants also made it convenient for us. We appreciated the covered garage and small patio.Absolutely Everything about this property was on point!! We recommend this cottage to anyone who plans to visit the Mission Bay area and have a fun, relaxing time. Thanks Josh and April !

Cute little beach cottage

Mission beach cottage was comfortable and had easy access to Mission beach and bay. Centrally located. Enjoyed the bikes and beach toys. Manager was friendly and very helpful during check in and out. Will enjoy renting this cottage during next visit.

The bathroom sink and bathtub had an extremely slow drainage, the bed was not comfortable at all, very springy, and the pillows were not very great. Other than that, the location was great and the owner was very responsive.

Cozy Cottage

Cozy cottage conveniently located within walking distance to the bay and the beach, and a nice outdoor area as well. Amenities were good, the only exception being, a hairdryer and a small microwave would have been helpful. We enjoyed our time and would stay here again!

The best!

Was such a lovely space! Everything you needed. Location was great - had beach chairs and bikes if needed. Bed was comfortable & bathroom shower was awesome. Can't say enough good things. If you can stay here, definitely book it! Best beach shack vibes all around!

Location, location, location…

Perfectly situated between beaches, ocean or bay depending on your choice. Although small, the house is very functional. We in particular loved the patio. It was also terrific to have a garage but our Toyota CAMRY just fit in. Looking forward to our next stay!

The perfect place

With the beach just foot steps away I knew I would love this place. The cottage was perfect for our stay. The sights and sounds of Mission Blvd were exactly as I imagined. Everything was in close proximity which made seeing the sights that much easier. I highly recommend Josh and April’s quaint cottage. I look forward to a return trip next year.

Super cute, great stay

This was a super cute little beach cottage. Everything was clean. Josh was very responsive. The beach is just a short walk away. And it was awesome that they had bikes we could use so we didn’t have to rent. Definitely would stay again.

A HIDDEN GEM!!

If you are looking for a clean, cozy vintage 1940's beach cottage this is a definite MUST STAY! Perfect for a couples get away -steps away from Mission Bay and a couple blocks from Pacific Beach, complete with restaurants, coffee shops and beach shops. Super tiny garage on site, but our SUV (Chevy Blazer) fit, and we walked everywhere. Definitely want to come back!! Thank you Josh & April!J Scholl

Fantastic

It was exactly as advertised. The space was very clean. The provided bikes were amazing as well, we used them the entire stay. The covered parking was great as well, no need to worry about fighting for street parking. I would definitely recommend staying here and we would love to come back in the future.

Perfect quaint beach cottage

We found this cottage to be exactly as advertised. The location is as good as it gets, and the property is clean and well maintained. Perfect for a small family or group looking to spend some time at the beach. Both the ocean and Mission Bay are less than 5 minutes walk. We enjoyed our time tremendously, and can't say enough good things. A true gem!
