Arrived to the unit at 9pm to no bedding for the pull-out sofa. Had to run out to Target (only store open at this hour) to purchase sheets and a quilt for my toddler. Sheets were dropped off the following afternoon, but quilt/comforter was not dropped off until day four. Construction in the next door unit made for a less-than-peaceful experience during day hours. My toddler and wife, who were feeling ill, were unable to rest mid-day.On the third morning, the plumbing work next door caused our toilet to flood, filling the bathroom with urine and wastewater. We were then without water and a bathroom for the next six hours while the issue was remedied. Ongoing construction also caused the lights to flicker off and on regularly.The unit's furnishings and floor did not feel very clean. No broom and vacuum was provided to help clean up sand and other debris tracked into the unit.Parking in the garage is difficult, but not a deal-breaker. Something to be aware of if you struggle with driving.Pros: the location is great, steps from many restaurants, shops, trails, and the beach. Perhaps the rest of the items can be addressed for future stays.
