For your comfort and convenience, this Monterrey D condo includes a full kitchen, an ocean view, and a cable TV with cable. Outside the sliding doors, a small ocean-view sitting area is provided.

The area surrounding the pier has a small market, a few family-owned restaurants, a coffee shop, a frozen yogurt shop, and the famous Fisherman's Restaurant on the pier. The quaint downtown area of San Clemente, Del Mar, is only a few walking blocks away.

This vacation home is not equipped with air-conditioning or central heating (ceiling fans and ocean breezes for cooling; space heaters only).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
