"We were there for a Girls Trip and the property was very nice and roomy. There were a couple of minor issues; such as, the pool was not heated although we were told the water temperature was 85 degrees. The water didn't appear to be very warm so we didn't get to enjoy the pool. The smoke detector kept chirping even after the battery was changed out; and one of the ceiling fans on the lanai seemed a little loose so we just didn't run the fan. In spite of these minor issues, we thoroughly enjoyed...

"Loved the canal front property, the privacy of the house with the pool, the cleanliness of the house and the helpfulness of the property management staff. The only thing that took us by surprise was that the property was charging us for electricity. We didn't notice it in the listing (may have missed it) but saw it in the communication when the property details were sent to us. "Beautiful home on canal, with a super large outdoor area with BBQ grill, pool with 5 lounge chairs, spa, table for six, plus additional seating area w/gas firepit. The house is equipped with everything you need. We would definitely rent again. Sadly it's booked for March and April for 2025 and 2026 already."

"This was our second stay at the house, last one being Oct. 2020. Pool and hot tub were great. House was very clean. Everything in description was very accurate. 2 bikes, 6 beach chairs, 3 beach umbrellas and nice size cooler for the beach. Great house and location..!!!"

"I booked this condo for a girls trip. They place was easy to get to and sits on the water in a channel. While we didn't see much wildlife in the channel it was still nice sitting out on the screened patio by the water. Our neighbors had an issue with their AC and thought we might have too - when looking the AC thermostat was on a temporary hold. Once we figured that out we fine. Management was very attentive to the situation and wanted to rectify the situation. There was a bit of confusion on...

"We had eight couples that stayed here for a long weekend. We were visiting our mother for her 88th birthday and Mother’s Day. We cooked all meals in and the kitchen was well equipped. We had a wonderful experience."

"This is the second time we have stayed in this unit. The unit was clean, artfully decorated, and very comfortable. The lanai looks out on the largest canal in Cape Coral overseeing boating activity, kayaking and paddle boards. You see the occasional dolphin and other fish swimming by. The property managers/owners could not be more gracious and accommodating! We hope to stay there again in the near future!"

"We have been wintering for 3 months in the Naples/Bonita Springs area for 12 years. Rented 7 different properties prior to this past year. Number 8 was by far the best. Sigi and Suzanne were perfect hosts. The home was equipped with everything except a few items that Sigi said they would have for us next year. Quiet street, no thru traffic, nice neighbors. Outdoor lania and pool area was perfect for dining, relaxing, swimming. Lots of sun. There is a construction project in the rear of the home...
