Villa Lago Vista - Waterfront Gem w/ Gulf Access

Villa Lago Vista offers expansive and stunning waterfront views of Ceitus Lake, a private heated pool / spa, dog-friendly fenced yard, home office, and quick & easy Gulf access by boat via the Matlacha Pass. From the private dock, fish or relish the gorgeous sunrise and abundant marine life. Share alfresco meals on the screened lanai fitted with a TV, soak in the pool, or stroll to free amenities at Joe Stonis Park.

The Villa has been restored to pre-Hurricane Ian condition with newly rescreened Lanai and New Roof in 2022

Relax on upscale furnishings in the living area, detailed with a 75" smart 4K TV with Netflix and vaulted ceilings. The sleek kitchen is outfitted with ample granite counter space. A wine fridge is included among the full suite of appliances.

The primary suite features a king bed, 65" smart 4K TV with Netflix and direct pool access. Spa-like features of the en suite bath include a jetted bathtub, bidet, and a large walk-in shower.

Two additional bedrooms each have a smart 4K TV with Netflix - one offers direct pool access.

The 4th bedroom is set up for multiple purposes - a Work From Anywhere (WFA) dedicated office, equipped with electric height-adjustable sit/stand desk, or game room, equipped with a comfy twin memory foam daybed with twin sized trundle, large TV, and a collection of games.

A shared bath has updated features and a bidet feature.

The screened lanai invites you to spend quality time together outside. Dip in the heated pool (6’ deep) or soak in the spa. The pool deck offers sectional seating, loungers, a TV, alfresco dining, and a gas grill.

The dock accommodates a boat up to 26’ long. Wake to the spectacular sunrises over Ceitus Lake. Enjoy the active marine life as manatees and dolphins frequent the lake at different times of the year. Fish from the dock and use the convenient cleaning station to filet your catch of the day! Relax in the back and enjoy stargazing and moon reflections on the lake.

Great house

Owner was in contact for most of the trip. They fixed any minor problems we had in a very short amount of time. House was in great shape and we spent a decent amount of time there enjoying the pool. The house is in a convenient location across from the park and also within a minute or two from a Publix and Walgreens. I would highly recommend and we will be booking again in the future.

Amazing vacation home

I have stayed at several rentals through the years but never one that had some many amenities. This home was absolutely amazing. I was so impressed with all of the beach and pool necessities. I am definitely bookmarking this home as I plan on coming back again. Next time without teens so I don’t ever have to leave the house.

Paradise

This was our second stay at Villa Lago Vista and once again we had a perfect stay! Every detail from booking, check in, our stay and check out was amazing. John and Vicki are great hosts and their house is beautiful. Our highlights this trip was the park across the street playing pickleball, corn hole and walking the dogs. Spending time down at the dock fishing, seeing dolphins and a manatee even swam under the dock! Winding down in the evenings watching tv and having a hot tub in the lanai area. We had some great dinners out at Miceli’s, Rumrunners , High Tide Social, Yucatan's and Torched Bar & Grill.. We did airboats and a fishing charter and a few rounds of golf at Cape Royal. We went to Fort Myers beach and to Siesta Key Beach. Thank you again for another amazing trip at your home - we are always sad leaving but are coming home with lots of memories:)

High Quality High-end Outstanding Property

This home is high quality, extremely well cared for, and hands down the best stocked kitchen of any property we have ever stayed at. It’s clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with high-end furnishings and luxurious touches. Conveniently located near grocery stores, gas stations, and anything else you may need, it’s also less than a 10-minute drive to Matlacha—where we recommend the Yucatan restaurant for waterside dining with a great view. Directly across the street, the park offers exercise equipment, plenty of shade, a playground, and pickleball courts. The fenced-in yard was perfect for traveling with our two small dogs. The water view is just as beautiful as in the pictures. Instructions and communication were thorough, making our stay seamless. Truly the best Cape Coral house we have ever rented by far!

Live, laugh, love

This home has everything you could possibly need for a wonderful vacation. Our sons (18 & 19) bought Florida fishing licenses on day 2 and used the kayaks every day to fish in the canal. The hot tub was a hit, especially with the cooler temps we had while there. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything and everything. Close to Publix and Walgreens. We went to Sanibel Island for the day (40 min drive), spent an afternoon at Ft. Myers Beach, drove to Big Cypress National Forest, toured the Thomas Edison & Ford’s winter estates, shopped at the Miramar outlets, and checked out Seed to Table in Naples. We played pickleball at the courts right across from the house and also walked the loop there. We also used several of the beach chairs and umbrellas for our time at the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

If you like to fish this is a great location!!! House is very clean and comfortable… great views loved the hot tub!!! Close to publix and restaurants!! Amazing get away!

It was very clean. Had everything we needed in the kitchen (air fryer, blender, dishes etc.), plenty of bath towels and beach towels for the pool, games and puzzles. It was plenty big enough for everyone. It was nice to have a walk in shower as my mom has a hard time stepping over a tub wall. The property manager was easily available for any help needed and owners great at comunicating all expectations. Patio area is perfect for hanging out with the family and the view was amazing. It was such a relaxing get away. Well worth it.

Wonderful stay

The property and managers were amazing; it was nothing short of paradise. There was everything you could ask for in the house, and with a lot of children, plenty to do and play with. The pool and location were perfect, and we spent the entire stay on or in the water. We will definitely be back!

House was very tidy and well cared for and organized and well stocked. Smart home features for lights, AC, etc control. Pool clean. Host communication was excellent. Park is located directly across small street which was nice for dog walks and daily pickleball. Master/bath is very nice. Full fridge in garage for drinks. Bikes, kayaks, coolers, etc. Our group small enough that 2 baths was sufficient. It was a solid setup and felt like a win. For those those with boats: (1) The two boat lifts take up all the easy dock space and thus you end up army crawling under ropes or over railing to get on and off. Which with slack lines for tides makes the chance of person/gear going in the drink a lot higher than it should be. (2) The no wake zone to open water is a lot longer than I thought. 20 mins? (3) Multiple boat ramps right by location. (4) Pretty quick to take boat to Miceli's for drink and live music.

Great place to stay!

This home is immaculate. Very pleased with our trip and our stay. Owners were very helpful with anything we needed and we felt like we were well taken care of. The house was well-stocked with everything needed to make meals, as well as bikes and kayaks. This area is a great spot to be out of the busy city but close enough to everything. The park across the street was a wonderful bonus.

Well above expectations

Not only is the house beautiful, the hosts went above and beyond to make sure everything was as good as it could be. They were very accommodating at check in and even sent over the property manager to check on the WiFi when they noticed it wasn’t running as it should be. We had children ranging from ages 1-7 and there was plenty to keep them busy (toys, books, ps3, sleeping accommodations, etc.) Anything you think you’d need, they probably have it there (bikes, beach chairs, fishing poles, kayaks pool toys/floats) I can’t say enough good things about them. We will definitely recommend them to anyone interested in vacationing in Cape Coral.

We stayed in this home for a weekly friend and fishing vacation …. The home and managers was very nice and it was easy to access the home … The view is spectacular!!! We enjoyeddthe pool , hot tub, comfy beds, large shower, beautiful kitchen , and dock on canal ,,, our friend could pick us up on dock out back on his boat !!! We caught snook, jacks, and a tarpon !!!! 5 star home and location!!!!! We will be back great vacation!!!!
