APARTBEACH GOLDEN EMMA NEXT TO THE BEACH HEATED AND PARKING:
-The apartment has 70m2, two bedrooms, living room, ducted air conditioning throughout the house, separate kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, terrace overlooking the green area, community area with swimming pool and private parking under the building.

-Room 1: double bed (2 people), built-in wardrobe.

-Room 2: double bed (2 people), a single bed, (1 person) built-in wardrobe, baby crib.

-Separate kitchen, with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine and all the utensils for living.

-1 bathroom with shower and toilet

-Living room with 1 double sofa bed (2 people), table, chairs, television and DVD player

-Terrace with views

-Swimming pools

-Private parking under the building included in your reservation.

Wi-Fi is optional and must be requested when you make the reservation, (€5 per day)

-The environment

Close to Port Aventura and the water park, well located near the beach. Ideal for families looking for tranquility, near the quiet, fine sand beach. Close to the main promenade where you can go to different restaurants and main clothing stores, souvenirs, etc.

We cannot miss the “Camino de Ronda” It is one of the most beautiful and emblematic excursions on the Costa Dorada, recently remodeled and with spectacular views, it borders Cap Salou.

Salou, the capital of the Costa Daurada, has the certification of Family Tourism Destination. Thus, adults and children will be able to live an unforgettable experience walking along our 9 beaches or enjoying our gastronomic offer, among many other great activities.

House's rules:

Animals are not accepted

1st. We are available for any questions so that you have a pleasant stay.

2nd. The apartment is rented with sheets, but without towels. Towel supplement €4/person.

3rd. Check-in from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: key delivery from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.)

Entry time to the apartment: from 4:00 p.m. (if there are any guests leaving that day, otherwise they can enter from 11:00 a.m.). Check-in before 17:00 may incur an additional fee.

Departure time from the apartment: no later than 11 am.

4th. Upon departure, guests are asked to leave the apartment in the same condition as they found it. The kitchen must be left clean and tidy. Guests cannot leave garbage in the apartment.

5th. Respect the rules of the community and neighbors.



6º.It is necessary to present documentation on the identity of the clients and sign the contract.

7th. Wi-Fi is optional and must be requested when you make the reservation, since there are specific terminals, so it will depend on its availability.

8th. The Deposit will be managed by Apartbeach through pre-authorization of the card.

9th. The tourist tax will be managed by ApartBeach and must be paid on the day of entry to the apartment.
