Discount for extended stays! Enjoy quick access to grocery stores, downtown, the mall or hospital and clinics from this centrally located Salina home. If you like to hike or mountain bike, Indian Rock & the Levee are only a 12 minute drive away. Or just unplug with a book, some cards or a board game. You may also park your vehicle in the attached garage or under the carport to keep it dry during those famous Kansas thunderstorms!

We took great care to provide things we have appreciated and things that were missing from our past travel experiences. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV with free Disney Plus w/Hulu as well as charging stations for your devices and extra pillows and blankets. Crib/pack-n-play & high chair are available upon request. The kitchen is well-stocked for most of your cooking and baking needs - from baking pans to a rice cooker and crock pot! And please help yourself to the complimentary snacks on the living room coffee table, as well as the complimentary coffee packets and coffee condiments in the kitchen.

There will be plenty of propane in the tank to fire up the gas grill for a cookout in our private backyard. After dinner, enjoy some sā€™mores around the fire pit. Weā€™re happy to provide some firewood if you need it.

One last thing! Remember to press the button on the clock in the hallway. If you have kids, however, I would think twice about that. Because you LITERALLY may never hear the end of it.

This house is an immaculate little gem! It has been beautifully updated, and it is truly charming, cozy, and well stocked. Location is so close to Harding, and I found everything I needed nearby. The hosts are quick to respond, check in and out is so.very.easy, and the tv is actually easy to use!!! If you are headed to Searcy, this is the one to book.

Very nice in every way. Very calming to be at the house. We could relax and talk over our day. I slept so well. Love the mattress. We would like to stay there again when we have to come back for a celebration of life. It would help make it easier

The Sunflower Cottage is a perfect place to stay in Salina! The owners are responsive and kind, the house was perfect for two couples, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Canā€™t appreciate Christel and Paul enough. Very nicely updated interior in a decent enough neighborhood. Would definitely come back. I left an item behind and they were very responsive to me getting it back. Highly recommended. No hesitations.

We had a very quick stay on our way west, and this was a much better alternative to a hotel. Room for the family to enjoy. The beds were comfortable. The shower was great, and the space was spotless and well furnished.

This property was located so close to everything we needed for our long weekend. So many restaurants to choose from, location to downtown shopping was just a few minutes drive. Upon entering the home the first thing I noticed was the decor. Beautiful and Simple, not cluttered. The house was very clean, the bed was soft and we slept like babies! Water pressure in the shower was top notch and the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful! The backyard was private with a grill, my husband enjoyed sitting in the chairs catching some sunshine to his face! This place made our trip so much more enjoyable, knowing we had a nice place to come back to at the end of the day to relax and wind down.

This was above what I was expecting. The Christmas decorations were a nice touch. The kitchen worked well for us to move about preparing plates without running into each other. Nice to have a garage and carport option. This would be a great place for an extended stay. Neighborhood was quite (I am used to living in the country). The hosts were very prompt in their responses.

We just need a place to rest our head for a night on a long drive. This cozy spot felt like home away from home. And it was decorated for the holidays which felt special. The host even left us a little something under the tree which my tween thought was the coolest!

Such a lovely home! We had a terrific stay - I met two girlfriends halfway between Denver and Branson MO for a weekend reunion and the house was perfect with lots of amenities and little touches that made for such a nice time! The hosts were so helpful and kind also!!

We had a lovely time in Salina. Two of us from Iowa met two friends from Texas halfway in Salina. We played games and ate together. We went to Lindsborg and Coronado Heights and shopped and had a picnic lunch outside. We walked some trails at Indian Rock park. We couldnā€™t find the waterfalls šŸ˜Š The house was perfect. We might consider a place with 2 bathrooms for 4 grown women but we made it work. VRBOS with more bathrooms and an extra bedroom were significantly higher and unavailable. The communication with the host was exceptional and helpful. They even allowed us in early. Thanks again! Be Blessed!

The property was perfect for our family of three, including our teenage son. We had room to sleep and hang out in the house and even found time to relax in the backyard. The house isnā€™t huge, but the space is used very efficiently. Everything is fresh and clean and up to date. We felt safe and comfortable and hope to stay there again when we come back to Salina.
