The house is an authentic 17th century wine press combining the charm of a country decor and the simplicity of old Norman thatched cottages.
It is located at the end of the village of Saint Philbert, at the edge of the Risle, in a pretty enclosed garden with trees and flowers of 1000 m2, with no other vis-à-vis the national forest of Montfort in the distance.
The ground floor doors open onto the garden. You will have garden furniture and barbecue for your grills with friends.
You will appreciate its calm around its large fireplace and its outbreaks, so relaxing an hour and a half from Paris.
Heating costs added for the fall-winter season.
