For your vacation, we offer this lovely 73 m² two-bedroom apartment located in a residence 50 meters from the beach. Air conditioning. Wi-Fi. Free parking. Linens and towels available as an option.

The accommodation: For your vacation, we offer this apartment located on the first floor of the building. It comprises a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom, and two bedrooms. The apartment has a superb, sunny, and furnished terrace, as well as a small balcony accessible from the kitchen. On the terrace, you can gather around a delicious meal with friends or family!

On the bedroom side, we have one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and one bedroom with two single beds (90 cm).

Amenities:
The kitchen is equipped with basic appliances such as a toaster, coffee maker, and dishwasher.

Parking:
The residence is fully enclosed and secure, and a private parking space is assigned to you.

Surroundings:
The apartment is located 100 meters from Les Lecques beach.
To get there, follow the pink promenade to discover its stunning stretch of fine sand, nearly 2 km long. Private establishments welcome you from April to October, and restaurants are open year-round. Numerous water sports activities are also available (diving, sailing, jet ski rentals, etc.).

Sheets and towels: Available as an optional extra upon request (€25 for a double bed linen set and €15 for a towel set with one large and one small towel per person). If needed, blankets are available in the accommodation (ideal for off-season stays).

Cleaning: This is included in your booking, and a cleaning company will come after your departure.

Pets: Not allowed out of respect for the neighbors.

Security deposit upon key collection: A credit card imprint will be requested at the agency reception via Swikly or our payment terminal.
