Someone is always available if you should need anything via text. The phone number provided in your Airbnb Welcome Manual. Self Check-in via a keypad at Front Entrance and Apartment Private Door your pin will be the same for both keypads.

We provide a fully stocked kitchen in case you decide you want to stay in and cook. The entry door has a smart lock so that we can set your access code before you arrive. Please give me an estimated time window to make sure your code is set before you arrive.

Apartment on second floor 7 stairs up no neighbors above you.

Please understand our property is not for parties or events as we have close neighbors and wouldn't want to disturb them. The property is not wheelchair accessible at this time. For any questions please don't hesitate to ask as we'd be glad to try to accommodate any request:)

**No smoking including e-cigarettes in the home. Outside smoking in front of the building is permitted.
**Please do not go downstairs or disturb tenants
**We use Purex Naturals and Gain Pods laundry detergent & scented Snuggle fabric softener on the sheets and towels to minimize wrinkles. Although the smell is not strong please let us know in advance if you're allergic to softener or sensitive to fragrances**

There's no charge for using the washer and dryer.
