"Shower did not have any hot water. Let it run for 20 min lol and barely a trickle"

"The pool was closed when we went. I got an email the morning of check-in saying that it closed that morning but my husband said it looked like it had been down for a while. If I had known the pool was down, I probably would have booked elsewhere. The room was great - there were 5 of us on the 2nd night and we had room for all of us (2 bedroom suite). The outside door would not work with our keys at all. The beds were quite uncomfortable. But everything else was great! Oh! The shower...

The toilet was not secured to floor, had a piece of wood wedged under it and wobbled front to back and side to side. Contacted the manager on duty and mentioned the condition of the space. "Hotel room was clean however we got strong marijuana smell coming in from the bathroom vent which eventually filled the room. Breakfast/service was very questionable"

"The front desk at the reception area needs improvement."

"Spent 1 night here as a family of 4. We loved that the toilet was separate from the shower in our suite. The room was clean and reasonably priced for a quick overnight stay."

"Hotel in a good location by the college but no continental breakfast"

"My room is mine"

"It was disappointing that there was no hairdryer in the room and not enough towels and wash cloths."

"This is a five star hotel. Staff was very friendly. Rooms are really clean and very nice. Bed and pillows are soooo comfortable. Definitely would stay there again if we visited Saginaw again. Very quiet place."

"It was an affordable option for a one night stay, it was as expected"

"Room was clean and soundproof. Very quiet, comfortable bed, will definitely stay again!"

"The staff were extremely helpful. Motel is not new, it's not like a Holiday Inn but room was clean, though it could have had more than one set of towels in it. Didn't use the AC but the heat worked. Location was very convenient to where we were going and price was right. A great choice for our stay."

"Hotel bem simples !! Café da manhã simples também "
