Drove two hours to stay at this hotel picked this hotel specifically because they had a room with a Jacuzzi tub I get there they giving me my key go to my room. There’s no Jacuzzi tub go back down to the front desk. I was told we don’t have those sorry but the room I booked the description said jetted tub, and there was a picture of a jetted tub. I was told they couldn’t give me a refund. And that either take the room or have no room at all so I left I called got a refund through the booking company. The lady at the front desk was very rude to me, said that she doesn’t make the bookings. But you see that I booked a room with a jetted tub you should call and say hey we don’t have that room. I drove two hours just to have to find another hotel I ended up sleeping in my car. I will not go back to a comfort Inn again. Terrible customer service.
