Kitchen is well equipped and a Sub Zero refrigerator. Very rustic and elegant dining room., Charming patio and backyard complete with grill, teak furniture w/ umbrella. Landscaped property. Master bedroom is very spacious and extraordinary. Central Air conditioning. All bedrooms have TVs with gorgeous dressers. Blue Ray DVD in Master bedroom and Great Room. Wireless internet. Garage and long driveway for off-street parking. Washer/ Dryer. 10 minute drive to Ocean Beaches and a 1 to 2 minute drive to Harbor Beach. A lovely 8 to 10 minute stroll to Main Street Sag Harbor.

This place was a great choice for our family of 4 in the area for a wedding. The house is nearly pristine and a great location on a quiet street a 10-15 minute walk to the beach or downtown Sag Harbor. The only issue was that the internet service to the house was down during our stay and the cell service in the area is known to be weak. Ronald was very apologetic and followed up with the cause and resolution to prevent this from happening again. These hiccups aside, we would highly recommend Ronald's place and intend to stay there ourselves the next time we are in the area.

The house had a perfect location, walking distance to town and harbor. We walked in the morning for smoothies and donuts and to dinner each evening. Close to Easthampton and Montauk for outings. Cute backyard for relaxing. We were there a bit off season, but took advantage of beach towels and chairs. Great kitchen and grill which we would have used had we been there longer.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous little house. Three spacious bedrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining room, living room downstairs were perfect for our family. Location is fantastic - main street is close enough to walk to, but far enough for privacy and quiet. Communication from the host was fantastic before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again (and hope we have the opportunity to do so, having fallen in love with Sag Harbor!).

Our host thought of every detail, to support and create an excellent vacation experience. The home was immaculate, comfortable and beautifully maintained. We appreciated the extra tips in getting around the town and navigating Main Streetā€¦ we found the most delightful shops and eateriesā€¦our family enjoyed the time well spent and we Will definitely return.

House was absolutely gorgeous! Immaculately clean and very spacious. The listing doesnā€™t do the property justice. Porch and backyard were perfect for having some great conversations and card games. There are lots of things to do in the town within walking distance. Owner responded to questions right away. I have nothing but great things to say! We would love to stay at this property again!

We celebrated my 6oth with family in sag harbor. This hike was perfect in every way. Easy to get everywhere in the Hamptons. We will definitely return in our next trip to LI.

Excellent house in fantastic walkable Sag Harbor location! Host made all of our check-in/checkout so easyā€¦ Great communication/communicator. House is nicely and comfortably appointed with easy flow for a family sized group. I could see where it would also work well for just two people. Shower in master bath is truly terrific! Very comfortable beds/bedding. Highly recommend.

House is in great location on a quiet street within walking distance of the town center. Large well equipped kitchen and good size master bedroom and bath. House was extremely clean and well maintained, and owner provided all necessary instructions and contact info. Very easy check-in and check-out procedures. Would definitely stay again!
