However, we booked this for a place that has a pool since we had kids. If you don’t use the pool then this is an excellent hotel. The pool was freezing and the floors were treacherously slick. Luckily no one including the adults who couldn’t step without their feet coming out from underneath them had any accidents. We had a child lose their footing on the entrance...

"Pillows and bed left you feeling a bit uncomfortable for overall cleanliness. This was a suite with kitchen but no plate set, or even silverware so I would have needed to bring any cooking supplies. Maybe this is how it is across all chains, but it was disappointing. The front desk person was nice and located a couple paper plates for the first night which was nice."

"Bed bugs smelled really bad and homeless all around then management pretty much called me a liar they charged me 300 dollars in total for a 100 dollar deposit. Not pet friendly it was the worst experience I've ever had."

"Both tvs and the cable and half of the lamps were unplugged. The AC unit in the living room sounded like it was grinding rocks every 20 min. So little sleep for us on 4/11 in room 215. We got into our room too late for the night to complain and attempt to get into another room :( "

"The hotel was clean and well maintained. The food was similar to cafeteria food which wasn't bad--nothing amazing but for the price of free I was very happy. Healthy breakfast options included yogurt, granola, bananas, and oatmeal alongside more traditional breakfast buffet items. The staff was nice and helpful. The value of this place is amazing. The level of cleanliness this hotel maintains is so hard to find. I will seek out this hotel chain when traveling in the future!"
