"Fabulous hotel on outskirts of Denver. Rooms are suites and have well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Large rooms with plenty of storage if needed. Good breakfast offering hot and cold items. Complimentary laundry facilities and nice indoor pool. All staff were friendly and professional. Very close to shops and restaurants and also Denver Premium Outlets. Definitely recommend if wanting a hotel near Denver."

"The bed was a little too squeaky, the door had tons of light coming in from the bottom and the side. Our room was situated by the housekeeping area, so before 8am you can hear them. All in all wasn't a bad experience"

"The property is very well kept. The room was very clean it is one of the best hotels that I have stayed in. The staff was good but one staff member gave me the round around to renew my stay. The kitchenette was really good and I could cook like eggs and clean up was easy. The price to pay to do laundry was excellent."

"Kayla was wonderful, she got us into a clean updated room. The inn is quite simple, there was a sink and fridge but no utensils or pots and pans, they were able to provie those to us upon request quite promptly. We did have trouble sleeping due to some small children in the room above us who ran back and forth at all hours of the day and night so this was off putting....maybe put families w/small children on bottom floor in the future."

"The bathtub was fautly and the room should of not been rented I twisted my ankle and fell in the tub because the tub was faulty I was issued a refund by the manager but this incident ruined my vacation be in able to walk and have thrown out my back and have back and ankle pain"

During my stay, the new owners were cleaning up the outside of the hotel; making improvements in and outside the hotel; and it seemed to me that the goal was to elevate the hotel from a 2 Star Hotel to a 3 Star Hotel. "They don’t clean the rooms and they didn’t have any towels. The room was supposed to be a non-smoke room, but it stinks like cigarette. The comforter on the bed was burned by a cigarette. Overall experience was really bad never again."
