"The staff should have to be out front to greet the guests. If you can't be out front, have a bell to ring at the least. There was no ice available except to make in you room refrigerator. That takes a lot of time to make. Our room needed a lot of updating. In disrepair."

"Very nice and historic property. staff was friendly and helpful. Very pretty surroundings and a yummy breakfast"

"This was nice and clean and the breakfast was great!"

"The first night was terrible there was children running up and down the halls until well after midnight, we told the clerk in the morning and all we were told was I will check the cameras. The television did not work and also no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Overall, we were very disappointed"

"Everything great."

"Very cool place to stay. Was amazed at the use of space, basically a full apartment packed into a hotel room. Walking distance to a bunch of great places."

"Nice, modern, artistic. Had everything we needed. We also loved the location. Lots to see around the corner."

"Os quartos são bem confortáveis e os funcionários muito gentis e eficientes."
