"Both tvs and the cable and half of the lamps were unplugged. The AC unit in the living room sounded like it was grinding rocks every 20 min. So little sleep for us on 4/11 in room 215. We got into our room too late for the night to complain and attempt to get into another room :( "

"Everything about this place was excellent from staff to great clean rooms with comfortable beds, great parking, great breakfast. However, we booked this for a place that has a pool since we had kids. If you don’t use the pool then this is an excellent hotel. The pool was freezing and the floors were treacherously slick. Luckily no one including the adults who couldn’t step without their feet coming out from underneath them had any accidents. We had a child lose their footing on the entrance...

"I would give this hotel an average rating. Only one elevator was working, and it was very slow. The room had a stale smell, mixed with cigarette odor, which was quite unpleasant. I also noticed a few stray hairs here and there, which affected the overall cleanliness impression. The hallways smelled like lavender, which was nice, but unfortunately the rooms had an unpleasant musty odor. On the positive side, the breakfast was actually very good, and I appreciated having 24-hour access to coffee...
