"Spotless room. Great location for Football ground and city centre. Ate in the hotel restaurant and food was excellent. Recommend the steak. Reasonable prices for a Hilton hotel "

"Rooms was clean everything worked correctly staff was friendly and helpful and the view was lovely directly facing the beach "

"Lovely place with friendly atmosphere and terrific breakfast. We had an ocean view room with window ledge that I sat in for hours reading and looking Restaurant was happy to bring small order of food to the room as I was recuperating from slipping on ice earlier in the day. Will stay again for 3 nights next week while mother of partner remains in hospital. "

"The hotel has fabulous Christmas decorations that make it feel even cosier and more inviting. The staff were really friendly, professional & welcoming. The room was a good size and clean and well presented, as was the bathroom. The bar area was relaxed and had a nice atmosphere. Only one issue during the visit. The breakfast sandwiches were in stotties that seemed a bit stale. We didn’t feed this back at the time, which I now realise was unfair. Apologies."

"Clean & comforts, but there’s no table which even can’t have a simple breakfast. Have 2 sofa which are no use for us. It’s better to have a table & storage drawer."

"Not great for EV drivers as when you take the car to charge, you cannot return to the hotel to park. And the cleanliness in the bathroom prevented me from bathing my 3 year old."

"Check-in was quick and easy as someone was at the desk but there were times I would have liked to ask a question of a staff member but there was no one around. I would also like to have had a suitcase stand rather than have it opened on the floor. I don't like to us the bed as a suitcase stand as the suitcase is not particularly clean."

"All the staff were very friendly and helpful, since I’m disabled. They helped me up and down the stairs and Owen put our luggage in our rental car. Hannah and Beth were also wonderful, with other help. "

"O hotel possui uma bela infra-estrutura. Porém deixa a desejar na qualidade dos quartos. Móveis antigos, banheiros com aparência de sujos e bem antigos. Para quem vai utilizar as dependências do hotel, vale a pena. Para quem quer conforto no próprio quarto, nao recomendo. Até a televisão parece ter sido uma das primeiras tvs LCDs lançadas (sim LCD e nao led). Para um hotel da rede Mercure o quarto deixa muito a desejar. Nada a reclamar da piscina, spa e outros. Restaurante muito bom também! "

"Was amazing great comfy bed i slept in the last morning thats how comfy it was. Room very clean indeed. Breakfast amazing and staff were wonderful couldnt ask for any thing better would highly recommend 👌. Location was excellent too. When working away again would definitely stay again. Thanks for a wonderful stay xx"
