"We had a great stay! The family room we had was massive and perfect for what we wanted. It was very, very hot in the room with no way of cooling it down! We really struggled to sleep. We were given 2 fans, but they just blew the hot air around, it was unbareable. BUT because it's an old building we understand there is not a lot that could be done and they can't help the weather, but maybe portable air conditioning units might be worth considering. "The room was beautiful. We had been to a wedding so they allowed late arrival back. The only feedback is they the room was stifling hot to enter. There wasn’t air conditioning but there was a fan they I was happy with. The pillows were so comfy and it was a luxurious stay. Would return. Breakfast was also delicious. "
