Ouch! This incidence happened when the innkeeper was sick with COVID. A mistake in the welcome sheet led the guests to think they were renting the entire house. That was the innkeeper's mistake. When another party arrived, we tried to straighten it out. No one was happy. I refunded the money to the second party. The guests writing the review got the use of a deluxe suite they did not pay for, and an additional bathroom and suite. I apologize to all parties and vow this will never happen again. I hate to make excuses but I do blame this on COVID,

Thanks for the positive review. Indeed, the house once had steam heat. All of the holes had been covered except on in the Deluxe Room. That has now been taken care of thanks to our guests.
