"We vacationed with a party of 7. The house was perfect and has an amazing view! Well maintained, clean. Florian was SUPER helpful and went above and beyond!! He met us at the property and showed us where to find grocery store and a few good places to eat. He even gave us a ride! The grocery store is within walking distance as is the liquor store. Blue Sail is also close by. We went twice :). Thanks again for making our trip one to remember!"

"View was amazing!! Great location only a mile to walk to the fish fry and a short 2 miles to get where the cruise ships are. Very quiet area even being off the road. House was big enough where we could bring our kids back too."

"We enjoyed our stay in this cute, super clean villa. It felt like our home away from home. It was well stocked with the essentials. We felt very safe here and had a lot of privacy. We had the pool to ourselves every single day!! The villa was centrally located in the island where we could walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. "We loved staying at Ocean Break Villas. The villa gave us lots of space, was really nice and had a pool within steps of the villa. This was much nicer and quieter than staying in a hotel room. The location was a short walk over to Atlantis and all of the shops and restaurants near there. All of the shuttle buses to activities knew exactly where the villa was. "We had a great time. The condo was excellent. It had everything we needed. The location to the beach and shopping was perfect. We have stayed here before and always have had a relaxing holiday. See ya next holiday."

"We stayed in Winnie’s condo for 2 weeks in May and found it to be exactly as advertised. It was exceptionally clean and very well equipped. The kitchen was excellent and lacked nothing. It even had a slow cooker. The beds were very comfortable and there was ample closet space. The condo was a few steps from the on-site pool. We spent a lot of time on the veranda and made good use of the dining table and the couch was very comfortable. Winnie was there to greet us and made us a carrot cake....

"We liked the place a lot, because we had all the amenities for ourselves. The dogs are friendly, but do not leave anything unattended otherwise the things are chewed up. The host was really concerned. We came late and his mother gave us food. He also drove us downtown or to the supermarket. Normally you need a car to get around. Nevertheless, if you are looking for a wonderful relaxed place then book it"

"Steps from the beautiful beach. Pools were very nice. We had a very nice outdoor patio. The onsite restaurant and bar were wonderful and convenient. We were able to walk to Atlantis and enjoy the casino. I would definitely recommend Sunrise Beach Villas."

"This place is amazing! Fany took and Auroa were amazing to deal with! Snorkelling out front was so much fun. It’s a very quiet neighbourhood but still so much to do in the area. The bus stop was a 20 second walk away which will take you anywhere on the island. The house had everything we needed. It was perfect on a rainy day with the big bay windows overlooking the ocean. Would definitely stay here again 10/10"

"This place was amazing! It was clean and quiet. Kids loved all of the “secret hideouts” (suitcase closets). The backyard was beautiful. If you are going be prepared that everything is white, so maybe don’t pack Nutella for your kids. We had groceries delivered via instagopher and it was quick and easy. If you want access to the club (bar, pool, beach chairs) you’ll have to pay $20 a day for 3 consecutive days for each person in your group over 5 years old. It’s worth it for the access to the...

"This house was exactly what we needed for a family vacation! The house is in a safe gated community, it's spacious, clean, functional & fun (pool table, games & pool)! We walked to Love Beach which is 5 minutes right down the street. The owner was very helpful & friendly. He communicated with us from the beginning to the end. "The villa was perfect! Bedrooms are big and comfortable. The outdoor amenities were perfect for those who want privacy on a beautiful beachfront property. We went from the ocean to the pool to the lounge chairs most days and when we went out to get groceries or visit Baha Mar or dine at a restaurant they were only a 5 minute drive away."

"They have the most wonderful and friendly staff. The property is absolutely beautiful and the room was clean and comfortable. I gave four stars because on our last day the showers stopped working. When they did work, the water was brown. We finally were able to shower at 9pm, but it was a bummer after swimming at the beach and not being able to clean off.
