Casas de Férias em Romulus, NY

"This is a beautiful home to spend time getting away and enjoying the peace and quiet . There is a lot to enjoy is this spotlessly clean home including the decks and watching the magnificent sunsets. There are a lot of small towns to visit and they have their own special charm. The host is amazing…. a phone call away with a question or concern. My friends and I loved our experience."

"Great property - right on the water. Really really enjoyed having a campfire on the stone beach next to the lake. Excellent night time lighting, just enough to illuminate the steps and docks without being obtrusive.Any questions or requests were dealt with promptly and professionally by Cate (management company).Cleaning crew does a fantastic job, house was nice and clean. The white bed linens were crisp and fresh. Towels all in great condition.Lots of extra's in the house - garbage bags,...

"Great location. Walk to town and lake easily. Bathroom is very small. Would recommend a night light as it’s very dark at night. Also an additional mirror in bedroom. No real sitting area was the downside."

"OK"

"We loved this property. Close to wineries, very clean and very modern.Plenty of space to walk dogs, fire pit was relaxing. The beds were very comfortable, better than my one at home. Host answered questions quickly .We hopefully will be visiting again next year."

"The house is smaller than you think but very cute. The shower is however extremely small and you can hardly turn around. The house was advertised with a dock and the dock was not in working condition at all. Then my son was walking on the beach and found a bunch of glass on the ground over our 3 day stay."

"This cozy cottage was exactly what we were looking for- quiet relaxation, great views, easy access. We hope to return in the future!"

"Great house. Great location. Great service."

"The location was perfect. It was walkable to the water and downtown. It is very safe. Many mornings we took a walk downtown to get coffee and breakfast. Lots of good food options. The house has everything you need to cook a meal if you prefer. The outdoor seating is adorable! We spent a few nights out there with a glass of wine. I highly recommend staying here!"

"We enjoyed our stay in Geneva. The host communicated well, the house was clean, and we appreciated the helpful information about the area and the complimentary snacks. Our only concern was the living room furniture, which was uncomfortable and didn’t provide adequate seating for four people. We found ourselves rotating between the chair, sofa, and floor while watching television. Aside from that, everything was great!"

"Great place to stay in a great location! Everything was clean and in good working condition. The house was perfect for our multigenerational group ages 7-73. The kitchen was equipped with everything we could need. It’s very close to downtown Penn Yann. The expansive yard had plenty of grass for kids to play outside while adults gathered by the grill and firepit. Everything was as described and pictured. I would definitely recommend!"

"Overall a great value."

"Cute place, but the communication with the host was horrible. I asked about late check out and it took her over 24 hours to reply. Then when checking in, the code did not work. Tried calling her multiple times, and it just went to voicemail. Thankfully eventually we did get in but not with her help at all. 5 hours later, at 10 pm she replied. Like I said, the place was super cute, but the communication just seals it for me, I will not book again."

"Excellent."
