We have docking capabilities for boats to pick up guests, but please use extreme caution as the lake can get rough suddenly. We suggest launching at Sampson State Park, picking up friends, cruising the lake, and then trailering your boat when unused.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

★ PARKING & GUEST RESTRICTIONS ★
Due to local ordinances, we are only permitted 3 cars and 10 guests at any time.

★VIOLATION FEES★
Smoke Removal Fee: $600.
Violating our no party rule can result in immediate eviction without a refund and an additional $500 clean up fee
