- private bathroom adjacent to the first bedroom with sink, large shower, toilet, bidet, window.
- second courtesy bathroom with window, toilet, sink and chest of drawers
 Also available to guests free of charge: Wi-Fi in the entire building, washing machine, clothesline, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
