Our B&B is located in a panoramic and quiet position, in the heart of the city in the Cassia area. "Bnb Rooms And Comfort" is a hospitable structure with refined attention to detail.

Surroundings;
A short distance from the structure, those who stay with us will find everything necessary to fully satisfy the needs of every traveler.
The apartment is about 11 km from the historic center, reachable in 50 minutes by public transport. The bus stop is in front of the building, BUS 223 terminates at the Roma Termini train station, the nerve center of public transport. The bus runs approximately every 40 minutes and takes approximately 50 minutes (depending on Rome traffic) to arrive at Roma Termini station. From Rome Termini station you can access Metro B which takes you to the historic center (Colosseum, Circus Maximus) in 15 minutes. Alternatively, you can take BUS 301 which takes you to Metro A "Lepanto" in approximately 40 minutes (depending on Rome traffic). From the "Lepanto" metro A stop you can proceed on foot in 15 minutes towards Piazza del Popolo (historic centre), and from there proceed on foot in 10 minutes towards the historical center towards Piazza di Spagna, Trevi Fountain and Piazza Venezia. The Vatican and St. Peter's Square can be reached in 5/15 minutes from the "Lepanto" metro A stop. Even at night there are night buses.

Important district of Northern Rome. The apartment is located in a building built in 1970 located in the modern Via Cassia in a residential center with private parking. It is 900 meters away from the Tomba Di Nerone, located inside a public park, where there is the funerary monument erroneously called Tomba di Nerone since the Middle Ages. It is a large marble sarcophagus with a double-pitched lid, placed on a high base. The monument dates back to the 3rd century AD. C. The neighborhood is full of clubs and restaurants where you can taste typical local dishes, or small trattorias typical of Italian cuisine. The neighborhood is well served by shops, restaurants, post offices, banks, bars and pubs.

Structure characteristics;
Each guest upon reservation has access to the personal trainer study room (gym). A heated environment, free return, parking, parking space.

Our rooms;
Inside the room you will have at your disposal; Wi-Fi, kettle, coffee machine with Nespresso pod, fridge, plates, glasses and cutlery (compostable disposable) that you can use during your stay. The bathroom for private use is equipped with a bathrobe, disposable slippers, toothbrush with toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hair-protecting shower cap.

Note;
I will be personally present at your check-in and check-out to explain what is necessary and help you where possible. I will not be personally present during my guests' stay, but I am always available to satisfy their every need.
