"Great property... very private and quiet. Didn't get to spend a lot of time there but a cute little studio with all of the amenities. Would definitely come back again."

"Loved the location-easy walk across the street to the beach. Pool was nice and good temperature. Condo was small and lacked decorations that were in the pictures. Many nails/screws in the walls with nothing there. Very thin walls-could hear everything above us. AC temp would turn up on its own every night making the condo warmer than we wanted. Could use a good dusting/cleaning on all the vents. "

"Very clean and not too far from the beach. We drove to the beach anyway since bringing chairs and a cooler. Had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again."

"This was a beautiful place to stay. We did have to walk down the road a short way to get to the path out to the beach but we really enjoyed our stay. There were snacks in the refrigerator and a gas grill outside that we would have used if we had stayed longer. Thank you for the nice place to stay. "

"Our hosts were wonderful catering to all of our needs. The beach is 1/2 block away which is a great plus. Cocoa beach is a much recommended getaway especially since we stayed 3 months. The only negative is that the second floor apartments are not fully carpeted which is a consideration when booking the upstairs apartment. The noise was a constant issue "

"Apartment was advertised as sleeps 4, however there was only one queen bed accommodating 2 people. There was provided a portable mattress, extra bed sheets and a pillow, but no comforter. Regardless, if apartment is advertised as sleeps 4, owner should provide a bed or a pull out couch/chair to accommodate the count of quests. Apartment feels run down. floor was dirty on arrival.
