Also the best parking spot at the complex - closest and shaded. Would absolutely recommend and stay again. "First of all, the location is great, but the room was impeccably clean and the location was a nice, quiet neighborhood. I've had other experiences with a "spare room" in someone's house, but this was on another level. There is no entry from the main house to your room, so it truly is a separate room. If I'm ever visiting Melbourne again, I will most definitely stay here."
