Enjoy soaking up a day in the sand and sun at famous well known Cocoa Beach, just a short 5/10 min drive. While there take a stop at the worlds renown Ron John Surf Shop!

Taking off on a cruise, a gambling casino boat, or a off shore fishing trip?
Cape Canaveral is a hop, skip, and a jump away- be there in 5min.

Planning to see a rocket launch?! The views of them taking off behind the home are incredible! Enjoy hearing and feeling the sonic boom from being so close. Wanna know more about our rockets? Take a 15/20min trip over to Kennedy Space Center.

Have paddle board or kayak? Dock your boats off at Kelly Park- 1 mile up the road. During season you can see the Bioluminescence beautifully here!
