"We have stayed at the Gumprecht House several times and it is perfect for our family (18 months to 77!). The location is perfect, whether we are at the beach, out on the lake with our boat and wave runners, taking the kids to the very close park, playing pickle ball or strolling the streets of the lovely village. If not walking, our favorite mode of transportation is bicycling. The house is roomy and beautiful with 5 bedrooms and many sitting areas on the main floor. We shall be returning...

"This was a great house to stay at as we explored the Coeur d'Alene area. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed to be comfortable and our kids loved the loft area and games! They especially enjoyed playing table tennis. The beds were very comfortable and it was nice having a patio to hang out on in the evenings. Things to note: The road to the home is a one-lane gravel road with some pretty steep areas and drop offs (no guard rails). We rented a Nissan Rogue and did not have any...

"Sunday‐Thursday stay with 2 of the days at Silverwood. Plenty close to downtown but a super quiet neighborhood close to the Freeway.Our kids loved the video games (we don't have at our) so our 12,11,9,6 year olds were just introduced to Super Mario and Sonic The Hedgehog. Grill was nice and easy to use. Bathrooms and showers were nice and clean. AC worked great.Would stay here again. "

"We felt incredibly fortunate that we found and were able to stay in this beautiful location. It is lovely and filled with every amenity you could imagine and need. The owners are wonderful and add touches that are both thoughtful and kind. "

"We had an absolute wonderful time at this location. The host was communicative and open to all of our needs and wants super great guy. "The house was clean. The backyard had a 6 foot wooden fence that was perfect for the dog. It was what we needed. We live local and needed a place while our bathroom was remodeled. It had what we needed, was clean and is an older home just like ours, so it was like being home. We will stay here again."

"This is a very small property indoors. The bathroom is a bit cramped with the washer & dryer in there, however, a combo washer dryer has been installed in the kitchen. There are only enough dishes for 4 people, but otherwise it has most everything you need for cooking. There were other guests staying next door and we made quick friends with them. The large backyard space is shared. We enjoyed a lovely BBQ with family in the back area. Beautiful view."

"It was a family trip and everyone came from different destinations and met in Idaho. The house was nice and clean."

"The house on the second floor was exactly as pictured with several thoughtful amenities that made our stay super comfortable. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and their communication was top-notch from booking to checkout. We slept like babies thanks to the super comfy beds, and the pool was clean and so refreshing. The kayaks and fishing equipment were an awesome bonus and kept us happily entertained in the sunshine. Loved the waterfall! Couldn’t have asked for a better...

"Staying at this cabin was such a joy for me and my family. It was so quiet and private, the sleeping arrangements were more than enough for my family of four adults, there was good cell reception (if you've been to CDA, you know this is not a given), Ava was so helpful with any questions we had, and the dock and beach for our boat was fantastic. We would absolutely stay here again."

"Loved this little cottage! It’s in a lovely, quiet neighborhood and close to everything. The house is attractively furnished and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and the entire place is spotless. My little dog loved the big, fenced back yard. The resident white bunnies are fun to to watch. I’ll definitely be back."
