Casas de Férias em Rockford, AL

"Charged fees for changing dates weeks in advance, wanted to charge for people coming to the property to visit. Little privacy, owners constantly around the property, was not the place we were looking for."

"Quick response when we had issue finding the place because I put in wrong address probably because I didn’t have my readers on. All four of us enjoyed the stay and beds were comfy. Quiet and secluded. Beautiful home and property, easy checkout.Hope to return."

"The hostess was very easy to work with and the property was lovely. You can tell that they put a lot of work into remodeling it. It would be a great place to rent for a family or two that wants to enjoy the lake. There are three lovely bedrooms and then a bunk room for 4 kids or possibly more. Big island in the kitchen was awesome!"

"This is a very nice house with access to the river. Be mindful that there are many steps down to the river, but everything is well-built. The kayaks were a welcome amenity, and the section of the river and lake was very calm. Also, be mindful of the gravel road; it is steep in places, but we managed it in a Crown Vic."

"We had a lovely time at this Lake home. It was accurately described in listing and was warm, welcoming, well stocked with essentials and even had extras like easy TV viewing, K cups and black makeup towels. The interior and exterior spaces were just what we were hoping for! We hope to return to this spot. Highly recommend!"

"We really enjoyed our weekend at the boathouse. We were able to meet the owners as they lives next door. Amazing people, very welcoming. Will definitely be booking again!"

"Nothing everything was very good"

"Our family enjoyed a long weekend here and had a wonderful time. The house was super clean and very well equipped. The host is so easy to work with and stayed in good contact with us. I would definitely recommend this house."

"Fair for the price"

"We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying here and can’t recommend it enough. Before our arrival, we reached out to ask about the possibility of an early check-in, and they were incredibly accommodating. And allowed us to check in early at no extra charge. The house was adorable, spotless, and so comfortable, and the peaceful view made our stay even more relaxing. We truly enjoyed every moment and are already looking forward to coming back again!"

"Relaxing and gorgeous! This area is on the quiet side of the lake and only a short ride to the big jumping rock and swimming areas. It’s pretty deep in front of the pier but we had floats and have older children so they loved jumping off the dock. The house was so clean, the perfect size and has everything you need. For the majority of our stay, I think we were outside on the deck relaxing, fishing, grilling and enjoying the view."

"Clean and great communication."

"Such a great place to hang out and unwind. Beautiful sunset views, home was equipped with everything needed, and so many activities to keep ourselves and the kids busy."

"Honestly we didn't get to check in here because of problems getting there so we had to find another place to stay but that was our problem. She was greatto work with!"

"Great place! Great host! Very communicative host who saw to everything. Lovely property with a great kitchen and back deck area! Close to everything we wanted to do on Lake Martin. Our second year at this place, and looking forward to next year!"

"The only negative thing on this listing is that every bedroom doesn't have a TV. Other than that, Perfect.!"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Perch. It was the perfect way to break up our drive home after an Auburn football game. Everything was clean and cozy. The coffee they provided was such an added touch after a late night. We would definitely recommend!"
