"We stayed at the Postcard Cabin while in the area for the NASCAR race. We didn’t want to stay in a cheap motel. This tiny cabin was perfect. We had bonfires and enjoyed the outdoors, away from the hustle and bustle. If you like glamping, this is the place. Very clean, nice touches (S’mores kit, wood, snacks) and private. No TV or mirror, but we didn’t mind. A little hard to find when it gets dark, but just drive slow and go over the map they send. "

"The hotel cancelled my reservation without notifying me due to an “overbooking” issue. They implied it was Expedia’s fault. They also indicated they had called me and told me what happened and had already credited my account for the prepaid room. I received no notification from them and no credit. I was able to recover the funds only after Expedia called them. Mistakes happen but the manner in which they handled the issue was terrible."

"Rooms had been remodeled, but very poorly. The AC unit in the room was set at 68 but wouldn't stay running for more than a few minutes before shutting off. It would come back on soon, but not running like it should and never got cold in the room. The remote to the TV didn't have a back on it. No big deal, but the battery was slightly sticking out. I shoved it in to get connection. As I was flipping through the channels, it started getting so hot in my hand that I had to lay it down. The knew it...

"Well the property overbooked, and refused to give me my reservation and turned me away. An hour later, after driving around town in circles with no where to stay, after coming back was I given my rooms."
